  My children and i had a wonderful time at the 500. The house was clean, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The pool was the major hit as my children and i spent a great amount of time in it. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded but a really close drive to many restaurants, coffe shops, mall and the beach. The only thing i wished i had had was an outdoor stereo or music device (minor detail really). I wish i could say something bad so that i could have this place available whenever i want it. Layne was a pleasure to deal with and Paul was also nice and attentive. I would recommend the 500 to any of my family members or friends.

  I stayed in the 500 during spring break with my 2 children and my mother. The house is amazing, Tastefully upgraded.It has every you need. Excellent location, short drive to the beach, the mall, the airport, Miami, and unlimited opportunities for entertainment nearby. It offers privacy and the pool was a complete hit with my children and local friends. It is clean and very well designed. We also took some walks around the neiborghood and felt safe at all times. The master bed was comfotable as well as the queen bed located in the second room. The study/office room was my son's favorite as he slept ther the whole vacation. I guess the only thing I miss was having some outdoor music to bring next to the pool or the BBQ area but is a minor detail. In summary, I wish I could say that this place is bad so I could have it available whenever I want to rent it, but the true is that this place fullfilled all my family needs for a great spring break vacation (without the college kids making noise around) Thank you Layne and Paul

  My family recently spent our spring break at this wonderful property. The house and pool are gorgeous. Exactly as pictured and very clean! Great location and would highly recommend!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  My husband and I stayed at 500 for a week of relaxation. The house was perfect. You walk in to a living room that has beautiful plantation chairs. The house has an open feel to it. When you walk in you can see all the way to the back of the house were the pool is. My one complant would be that we didn't stay longer.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  "...My wife and I enjoyed your home in Wilton Manors. We have rented many vacation homes in Florida and across the country, and this may be the first time when the home out shines the photos. You anticipated everything a vacationer could possibly need. We only spent one day at the beach because we enjoyed the pool and backyard landscaping so much. Please let me know when you have the rental schedule for 2014, we would like to return for 2 or 3 weeks next year."

  We had a great time at the Wilton Manor house, It's close enough to great restaurants, bars and the beach but also wonderfully located in a peaceful neighborhood. Spent many days by the pool and many nights grilling outside. Very comfortable and nicely designed with all the amenities you need.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  We enjoyed our time at the 500. The house is comfortable- the furnishing and art are beautiful- the attention to details- nothing was missed, great updated kitchen, and outdoor grill. Everything was immaculate. The pool is perfect-- we spent lots of time just enjoying the beautiful weather and lounging around the pool. We have stayed at lots of other vacation properties-- but this was hands down one of the best. hope to go back again!!

$500 security deposit on booking for 5-21 days.

$1,000 for 21+ days.

Reservation/Security Deposit non-refundable 5 days before reservation.

Deposit refunded in full upon check-out.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Rates for 1-4 guests. 5-8 guests are additional $25 per night per guest.

Cleaning Fee, additional: $120.

State/County Inn tax additional 11%.
