Welcome to our brand new, beautifully decorated, second-floor condo in Wildwood, New Jersey!! Located on beach and boardwalk block of East Montgomery Avenue, our condo is located across the street from Fox Park and walking distance to Wildwoods Convention Center.
The beach is so close that you can take a few short steps and be home for lunch. Rides, restaurants, shopping, and all kinds of entertainment make the boardwalk fun both day and night. Tons of summer fun located just a short walk away. Or, just sit and relax on the front deck and enjoy the views.
Everything is new in this brand new, beautifully decorated condo!!! This second floor unit accommodates eight to nine people comfortably, and it includes a full kitchen with all new appliances which include flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. Includes a fantastic laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
The weather is no problem. Condo is equipped with central air conditioning and gas heat for those colder days late in the off-season. No need to worry about parking, this condo includes a two-car garage. Sorry, this is a Smoke-Free condo and we do not allow any kind of pets.
