We are located within walking distance of many restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, internet cafe, kayaking and fishing/diving/snorkeling trips. We are close enough to town but still private to enjoy the local flair of the island.
This home is very spacious with 2 bedroom and 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room and a beautiful poolside patio. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer all the amenities of home with ceiling fans throughout. We have a quiet outdoor patio with lounge chairs for morning coffee and sunbathing and a hammock for afternoon naps.
There is easy access to and from town either by walking, bicycle or golf cart.
This home is one of few that has a pool and is a few minute walk to town. Very quiet location with amazing breezes and outstanding neighbors. Located in the BEST neighborhood on the island.
We have a concierge and caretaker that will support you while you are on the island - from picking you up at the airport to answering your questions - they are there for you to make your vacation as relaxing as possible.

This house we everything we expected and more! I stayed a week on the island during Semana Santa (Holy Week) and I couldn't have been happier with this house. It was spacious, beautiful and was within comfortable walking distance to everywhere you would want to be. The owners and caretaker are amazing people with wonderful personalities and I would recommend them and this house to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, happy, and carefree vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our stay at the house was fantastic, the swimming pool was a real bonus. The location is a short walk from the main street and harbour where there are bars, restaurants and dive schools. The caretakers are amazing people and of great help with anything you need whilst you are staying at the house! Utila is a relaxed place, brilliant for a fun holiday, most recommended! Five stars!! *****Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My first trip to Utila was amazing and I could not have asked for better accommodations. The house was beautiful and set just far enough from town for privacy yet was close enough that I could walk to and from town very easily. The home is bright and clean and was perfect for relaxing. The concierge staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. They even picked me up at the airport and stocked the fridge with cold sodas and beer. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Utila. You will never want to leave!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Hi, I'm Kat! I was first on the island in 2011 and instantly fell in love with both the beauty of the island and the people. While we currently live in the States, my husband's family was one of the first inhabitants of the island in the 1800's. His family has lived there for generations and now we are continuing in the tradition. We can't wait to share our love of the island with you.
