This comfortable 3BR/3Ba villa is the perfect family getaway. Located at the tip of the island, the view off the back of the home is quiet and tranquil. Soak up the sun while reading a good book or watching the boats and kayaks come in to South Beach Marina.
The main floor of the villa has two living spaces. The main living room has ample seating with a flat screen television. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has views of the sound. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space and opens up to the living room, dining room, and den. The den, off of the kitchen, has views of the sound and access to the screened in porch. Also on the main level in one bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo.
The second level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The wall of windows along the back of the room showcases the beautiful, tranquil cove view. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and a private bathroom.
The screened porch is the perfect space to dine al fresco. The tranquil views continue from the screened porch to the outside deck. Just past the marsh is a view of the Harbour Town Lighthouse.
The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and is just a short walk or bike ride to South Beach Marina where you can find restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and tennis.
