Oceanfront Studio at The Hawaiian Inn Resort

The Hawaiian Inn Resort was originally built in 1970 and is undergoing concrete restoration on the walkways and balconies.
April 13th, 2009 -- Work is currently being done on the north balconies and 1st - thru 4th floor walkways. We are on the far south end - so balcony work will not affect your stay at this time of at anytime thru June 1st. Pool area will be in view of work, but will not be affected by work.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a clean and economical oceanfront location in Daytona. Oceanfront condo perfect for a couple/2 couples /small family. This is the perfect condo for someone who is looking for clean - well equipped, and fits into everyone's vacation budget. Your private balcony has 2 chairs and a table, so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee or cocktails while watching the sunrises and dolphins from your private balcony.

There are Queen Sized Murphy Beds in this condo, which is the perfect choice to make this studio FEEL like a 1 bedroom. After a peaceful night’s rest, the Murphy beds fold up into the wall leaving you with a comfortable living room to enjoy for the day. Your full sized couch lends a comfortable place to relax and enjoy TV or that book you have been waiting to read. There are 2 TVs and a stereo system to lend to your enjoyment. Enjoy fresh ocean breezes from your oceanfront balcony, let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep.

The kitchen has been recently updated to provide additional storage and counter space for you. This makes it possible to provide more equipment than the average resort room can offer. This makes it possible to keep additional items like an indoor grill and blender. We have provided an everyday set of dishes and that nicer set of stoneware, in addition to the better quality cookware and glassware.

Additional Unit Amenities include: Cable TV-DVD-VCR and Stereo with CD player. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave-stove-oven-refrigerator-blender-indoor grill-toaster-coffee maker. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans along with your everyday dinnerware-glassware and flatware. There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed linens, bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided. We have also made sure that there is plenty of storage space available to you! Please bring your own personal items and toiletries.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The credit can be used towards your next vacation with us. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.

  • March 28 - April 4, 2009. Hawaiian Inn unit 436. A great vacation value!Mornings on the balcony reading and enjoying the beach view while the rest of the family "cycled" through the ocean waves, pool and hot tub! The kitchen in this unit was nicely provisioned for our home cooked meals and the room was comfortable for the 4 of us. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants were convenient. Balcony Bonus!.... we were able to watch the evening launch of an Atlas rocket.

  • "Location, Location, Location!" "One could not ask for a better location for an ocean front condo. The fourth floor view with the balcony was excellent. Also, the condo was clean and well stocked with anything one may need for a vacation stay along with nice decoration touches in the renovated interior. Every resort staff was very helpful and pleasant. The owner was easy to deal with and were upfront about the on-site construction work being done on the somewhat aged structure. It was obvious the resort was working to also spruce up the property. All in all we enjoyed a delightful stay."

We loved it so much that we will make it our annual vacation. Planning on retiring there in 6yrs and maybe look for a condo there. the owners are great and accomodating.

  • We stayed in #436 two weeks in july 2007. The view is wonderful and the codo was clean and comfortable. The price is just perfect. They only thing we miss, is a table and chair to eat. Daytona is a wonderful place. We like the system of code for the door, no key it's wonderful.
