This gorgeous, Non-Smoking, three-story, 2800 square foot home has six spacious bedrooms and four baths. Five of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two bunkbeds with four full mattresses located on the top floor. This home has a private gated pool with outdoor cooking area. There are clear views of the Gulf of Mexico from the top balcon and the beach access walkway is directly across the street. The white sands are 150 yards from the front porch. The alluring white sandy beaches and torquoise water lend to plenty of activities to keep the family entertained. In the evenings, what a treat to unwind with the view of breathtaking sunsets to end your day. This property is one mile from the great shops and restaurants of Seaside and one mile from the Publix grocery store. The interior decor has hand-crafted furniture throughout. Washer/Dryer and stainless kitchen appliances are brand new along with new flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living area. The carpet was changed out in April, 2013 and the entire inside of the house has been painted over the last 10 months. House includes free WiFi, cable and movie channels.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, entry foyer, washer/dryer. One bedroom is the Master Suite with expansive walk in closet, whirlpool tub, shower and his and her vanities. 2 other bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms contain King size beds with duvet covers and brand new flat screen TV's. There is a front porch and 2 exits to the back pool area.
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen, dining area, living area and expansive deck overloking HY 30A and the beach. Brand new 40' flat screen TV with DVD and entertainment system.
Third Floor: 4 oversized bunk beds (can sleep 2 children each), expansive deck overlooking the beach, TV sitting area and full bath. The TV is a 32' flat screen with DVD player.
Back Patio: Contains a private, fenced in pool, outdoor shower, grilling area, wrought iron table and chairs with umbrella and lounge chairs.
Parking: Ample parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The house was beautifully decorated...updated appliances, décor, and bedding. It was super spacious and clean. Sitting on the balconies in the evenings were so relaxing. It is just a few minutes to walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. It is a wonderful place for a nice relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My siblings and I rented this beautifully decorated, well-appointed home for our Mom's 60th birthday celebration. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to relax and visit with each other. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 3 small children, which meant there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kids enjoyed the top floor bunk room and their very own tv to watch movies on. The adults enjoyed the 5 large king bedrooms. The listing description and photos are perfectly accurate, and the property was spotless and very well-maintained. My siblings and I cooked two separate dinners in the kitchen, and had every kitchen appliance, cooking utensil and serving dish we needed...and then some. We all enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets from the 3rd floor deck, and we made the easy walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants of Seaside on multiple occasions. Since the house is conveniently located directly across from the public beach access, this owner could easily justify charging beach-front prices. Instead, renters of this house enjoy a luxury home only footsteps from the sand, all while taking advantage of the best value in Seagrove. Finally, you will not come across a nicer owner. He made the transaction very simple, and made sure we could contact him with any questions or concerns. Of course, we had no concerns because this owner has made sure to think of everything. He returned my security deposit in full within days of our trip, and he even made sure to check to see if there was any way our stay could have been better. There wasn't, it was perfect. We will definitely rent this place the next time we are in Seagrove, and I highly recommend that you stop wasting anymore time searching and rent this place as well. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had the best time in sea grove during October thanks to this wonderful property! We had three families all staying together and plenty of room. The house is huge and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. You can't tell in the pictures but it is so close to the beach. Right across the street is the public access. We had no problem hauling all of our stuff back and forth. We can't wait to go back and rent this property again! O and the pool was great for the kids after the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I have lived all over the Southeast including Birmingham, Memphis, Knoxville (Go Vols!), Nashville, Huntsville, Ft. Walton Beach and Pensacola. I currently reside in Gulfport, MS and own several restaurants there.

I love the house because it is so close to the Beach but much more affordable than the beach-front homes. I have started the process of rennovating and updating the house like I would like when I come to stay here. There has been so much done to the house already including all new oversize W/D, stainless kitchen appliances, new carpet, brand new flat screen TV's and new paint.
