Welcome to the Ranch Home in Suncadia! Our home offers unique Western decor which sets it apart from other rentals!
The home has two master suites as well as two bunk rooms. We have a trundle bed located in the bonus room. Our bonus room is an ideal area for your kids to hang out while playing with the Wii, watching a movie or just being plain loud without disturbing the adults downstairs. We are within walking distance to Dawson park where there is a kids playground, tennis courts, basketball court and large field. You can also take a walk to Swiftwater Winery. We have a large, covered patio with a cozy fireplace as well as a large gas fire pit. There are two more patios located off the upper master suite and the bonus room.

We brought some of our family together in this home for Christmas last year. Everything about the experience went well. The house is beautifully situated on the golf course and the glistening white snow outside the house created the classic winter scenes for our Christmas activities. The house is very comfortable with ways to be together and ways for children to play happily in the bonus room. The kitchen is well appointed and has the accoutrements for meal preparation and dishes for eating at the large table together. The house provided a wonderful opportunity for our family to have a great time together.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My wife and I had a great time staying at this property. The house is very well suited to spending time with the family with its impressive kitchen, great room, and patio (including a fire pit that we got a lot of use out of). There is a ton of stuff to do very close by including golf, hiking, a winery, and spa. This was our first time in the Pacific Northwest and we had a great time. Would definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in the Pacific Northwest. This was my first time out to this part of the country and the accommodations and resort were outstanding. The house is right on the golf course but still in the middle of the woods. The place is an excellent condition and the outside hot tub and fire pit make it even more enjoyable. The owners are top notch when it comes to customer service and answered all my questions. They are great to deal with. In addition, the resort has an outstanding winery and all the places we ate at were fantastic. If you are traveling to this part of the country, I would highly recommend you stay ant Suncadia and you stay at this home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This property is as fabulous as the pictures! The house was well kept and very clean...perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The Lodge and Spa are not far and are wonderful! About the owner: We relocated to the Midwest over two years ago. Due to our work/kid schedule we are only able to use the property 1-2 weeks a year. When we lived in the Seattle area we enjoyed the property almost every weekend, year round!
Why the Owner Chose Suncadia:
We absolutely love the North Central Cascades and everything it has to offer! We saw this property in 2008 and stopped to take a picture of it as an inspiration to build something similar for a property we have in Idaho. Luckily a short time later it came for sale and we were buy it! It's been a great house for entertaining our friends and family.

Great room concept which is the heart of the property. Unique golf course location with large outdoor entertaining area. Short walk to the local park which is great for families with smaller children. Plenty of board games and Wii gaming system. Small dvd library filled mostly with family movies.
