Walking and biking in Pawley's Plantation is so peaceful. The grounds are impeccable. Our Clubhouse is noted for its dining room and Sports Pub fun. Stay here and you don't have to leave the grounds! Just outside of Pawley's Plantation community are numerous shopping areas. Our gated community is located only 3 minutes from the beach of Pawley's Island. Enjoy the beautiful bay and marsh views of Pawleys Island. Pawley's Plantation is an hour north of Charleston, minutes from Georgetown and Murrell’s Inlet, a half hour south of Myrtle Beach. and there are 2 State parks within 5 miles. We are a short drive from the famous Hammock Shops. 4 of the top 10 golf courses are within 5 minutes of the home. This is a well-appointed private condo nestled in a tranquil wooded setting.

Great location, well maintained and close to really any activity you wish to do in the area. The property was clean and during my stay I was able to jog the golf course trail which was both scenic and relaxing.. Would reccommend this location.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet that the property and it's location afforded us. Everything was convienent to us in the area. The condo unit was clean and in good order. There are a number of fine dining establishments within the community and close by within a 15 min ride. "Nosh" and the Island Cafe are excellent and there is always fresh sea food at "Lees Inlet Kitchen" located at Murells Inlet. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a pleasant break. I was there with wife and 15 y/o daughter. Also my boston terrier. We spent almost a week. Enjoyed every minute. Pictures are exactly how the condo is. Pawleys is a beautiful and relaxing place. Golf course is tough but enjoyable. The price was the best around for similar places, doubt would find a better one. Cheryl was very kind and attentive when internet service was interrupted. She kept constant communication and was extremely diligent in taking care of it. I recommend her place without reserves.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

One warm, wonderful week at Cheryl's tastefully decorated unit was enjoyed by 4 adults AND 3 happy dogs. The queen sized beds in 2 Master suites were warm & slept us well. AND Dec weather on the coast couldn't have been more pleasant..mid 60's all week. Cheryl was most accommodating with prompt and well-defined instructions and return of security funds. The 1100+ square foot 1st floor unit, fairway view with nice coffees on the screened porch, and the friendliness of the neighborhood will indeed have us returning. Cheryl's interest in our comfort and activity was most comforting. We thoroughly enjoyed Hobcaw Barony, Brookgreen Gardens Nights of 1000 Candles, and a Christmas spectacular at Myrtle Beach. Dogs loved their early romps on the beautiful beach, especially at 7 AM for sunrise! Thank you Cheryl..we'll be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Condo proved to be everything anticipated. Excellent accommodations and location - central to places visited on itinerary. Pawley Plantation is an exceptional place; people met were friendly, receptive, and helpful. Condo site was comfortable, quiet and most suitable for rest and relaxation. Condo owner was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of making arrangements and during the period of actual residence. This particular unit receives top marks and highest recommendation to others searching for an affordable alternative to the many other choices available out there.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My stay at this condo in Pawley's was fabulous! I was there for a week and took advantage of everything....pool...beach...club house etc. While I did not golf the grounds were spectacular to be on and I did enjoy many walks through the course. I also day tripped into Charleston which was so convenient and well worth the hour or so that it took. The actualy condo was really welcoming, clean and modern with instructions carefully outlined and easy to follow. I had no trouble working with the owner and the booking was effortless. The location was easy to find and the days were quiet and peaceful. I will not hesitate to return and would recommend it to anyone. This was my first trip to Pawley's Island and certainly won't be my last! The condo looked exactly as shown in the pictures and more! It was beautiful, homey, spacious clean and supplied with everything you could possibly need. My personal highlights were the beach close by (we saw butterflies and dolphins!), the early evening swims at the pool and our adventures in the surrounding area and Charleston. This was a beautifully appointed condo, with all of the amenities of home. The location was great as it was close to the beach, and in a gated community on a golf course. I truly enjoyed my visit there, and would gladly return. Also, Cheryl is wonderful to work with and is even shipping to me some personal items that got left behind.
