New 2-story home w/elevator located on west-end of historic Galveston Island. Home offer many ADL amenities as well as an accommodating gourmet kitchen with everything one will need. Bottom floor with ocean view has bar-b-que area with bar and area for relaxation. Private one day fishing offered provided weather permits. Daily maid service upon request.
May through August is a 7-day minimum.
Regarding $500 damage deposit refund:
A private outdoor shower is provided for the purpose of minimizing the amount of sand in the house. Please take advantage of this amenity because in the event we must call a plumber to remove sand from bathroom drains, this will come out of your deposit.
Television Remotes: Please do not remove wires from television set for the purpose of hooking up other equipment such as Play Stations and/or DVD players if you don't know what you're doing. We are not technical geniuses, therefore, if we have to call a TV repair person for make the televisions and remotes work again, this charge will come out of your deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful with all the amenities and tthen some (even has an elevator)! Our kids loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: Debbie and Ron are retired and spend much of their time in Galveston. Debbie is an RN who owns a home health care agency in New Mexico and Ron is a retired scuptor. We are always available to our tenants for whatever their specific needs are.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach:
This property is high-end in design and furnishings. It was built and designed to meet the owners' desire for elequent surroundings. There is a back-up generator in the event there is an electrical outage. The home is wheel-chair acccessible with an elevator for the handicapped and/or elderly.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Every bedroom is a master suite as it has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has a television set and the entire home has surround sound for a party environment. Not to mention the Viking stove, ice machines and balcony furnishings for having coffee at sun up or cocktails when the sun goes down.
