  We loved our stay at Cozy Cub. The pictures don't do it justice, it's much nicer in person. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the kitchen and bathroom were. All of the dishes, utensils, towels,etc are basically new. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, knives, and cooking utensils to make pretty much anything. The layout was perfect for us. Our toddler napped in the far bedroom while we hung out in the main living area. The location is excellent for this cabin. We were so glad we stayed inside the park instead of making the drive in every day with a carsick kid :) You are almost equal distance between Yosemite Valley and Wawona. So we took advantage of hiking in both spots. Glacier Point is almost across the street so we spent a beautiful day there too. As far as entertainment goes, VCR selection is "Classic" Disney and we didn't find any DVDs so we were glad we brought our own. Good TV and DVD player. Overall we would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends.

  It was a very nice place in a great location. The only issue was the cable did not work.

  Owner response: Thank you for staying at Cozy Cub. As noted on our listing on HomeAway, our cabin does not have cable or satellite TV available. However, a guest can play their own DVD's on the TV since the equipment is available for doing that. We will be adding the satellite TV feature sometime in the near future. We're glad you enjoyed your stay at Cozy Cub.

  Had a great time last few days in this well-appointed cabin. Great location, about 15-20mins drive to Yosemite Valley. I thought the cabin was very clean unlike the other reviewer below. Cabin has a nice 37inch TV and a DVD player (No satellite). This was more than I expected. THANKS!

  Fantastic guest suite off an incredibly conveniently located house in Yosemite West. 15 minutes from the valley floor and village, the suite was well appointed, comfortable and very spacious. Very helpful owners were warm and inviting. I'd certainly come back!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This rental is in a great location. Yosemite West is just outside the park, but accessed from inside the park very near the road to glacier point. A short 20 minute drive puts you in the heart of the valley. The cabin could have been cleaner, but was not filthy. The seating in the living area is limited and not particularly comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage, remember there are a lot of stairs. This may not be a great cabin for those who like to hang out at there rental; however, this is a great place to grab a meal, watch a sunset, and get some sleep between adventures at Yosemite.

  Owner response: Unfortunately, stairs are a necessity at our cabin like most properties in Yosemite West because it doesn't have direct access from the street level. On the other hand, climbing these stairs just might fulfill your daily exercise requirements! We purchased new furniture and area rugs for the living area and it will be placed in the living area within two or three weeks so seating should be more comfortable. We recently changed housekeeping services and the issue of cleaniness is being addressed. Thank you for your feedback.

Off Season/November - March - $155.00 a night rate for two person plus $10.00 per additional person with a maximum of six people.

Holidays - $225.00 a night for up to six people

High Season/April-October - $225.00 a night for up to six people
