  My group stayed at this house to attend my niece's wedding at Lake Arrowhead Resort. This house is very spacious to accommodate us. Large living room that we can use for family gathering at the first night. Almost every room is big with a big closest and bathroom. Is ver easy to deal with Brian, the owner, as he is ver flexible and not to many rules not like other owner of another cabin that we also rented for this event. If you are a big group I would recommend this place for you. My group like the house and the beautiful view and we're definitely would like to rent this house for another event.

  The cabin is wonderful! Many of us took advantage of the pool room and really enjoyed the juke box. The beds are fantastic, like staying is a high class hotel. The deck with comfortable chairs and canopy made our stay perfect. We are planning on booking it again next year for our annual mountain getaway.

  Based on other reviews, descriptions and pictures, we expected the place to be very nice - but it was so much more than very nice. It was really amazing. We had our four children with us (ages 11-22) and everyone had a great time. There was plenty to do and plenty of space for each person. Even though it was spring and plenty warm, we had firewood delivered by the man Brian recommended and he was prompt, reasonable and pleasant. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds all extremely comfortable. Can't wait to gather the kids (or maybe next time friends) and rent this lovely home again. Thank you so much Brian!

  I would recommend this property to ANYBODY! First of all, the pictures on-line do not do it any justice. This place is way more amazing and beautiful in person! The views from the multiple wrap-around balconies are breathtaking. The rooms were much nicer than we ever imagined. Each of the 10 people in our group slept perfectly the entire weekend. We had hours of fun listening to music and playing pool near the fire in the game/bar room. I e-mailed the owner when we first arrived about a question that I had and he responded in less than 10 minutes and was very helpful. Also, when we first arrived it looked as if a professional cleaning crew had just left. The place was spotless. The beds were made, towels were washed and ready use. I honestly do not have any negatives I can say about this place. I would absolutely recommend this place my to family and friends. In fact, we are already planning our trip for next year! Do yourself a favor and stay here for your next trip to Arrowhead!!!

  We had an absolutely wonderful time in this comfortable large home! We had an excellent time and all 13 of us were in clean & comfortable rooms. No issues, no problems - just a great stay for us! We would highly recommend this home to other families. Thank you!

  A group of our friends came up to the house for my husband's birthday. We all had a blast! The house is amazing! Very spacious, comfortable, with amazing views and a true cabin feel. The views of the lake were breathtaking! The game room downstairs with the juke box created the perfect atmosphere to play games, listen to music, and create wonderful memories. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this mountain cabin again!

  As a gift to our family, my husband and I wanted to share an unforgettable weekend in the mountains. This house was such an amazing fit for our needs- which included someone with limited mobility, a happy Labrador, and a 9 year-old. When we arrived, it was so much fun to explore all of the different rooms and finding new hidden things to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were much more spacious than we expected and very comfortable. The holiday decorations throughout the house added a great deal to the experience. The separate areas for lounging, game playing, and movie watching were fantastic. We are recommending this property to our friends and co-workers and hope to book it again next year!

  I found this home to be quite good for our purposes. We travel to lake Arrowhead one weekend a year, each year, and have done so for the past 17 years. There are 5 families who go regularly, and we routinely rent a house (or sometimes 2). We found the house this year to be just fine - all the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was nicely located and best of all had an absolutely FABULOUS view of the lake. We had a wonderful time!

  My sister's 70th Birthday weekend was a great success! Your home was perfect for our large family. The game room downstairs offered the younger adults enjoyment with the pool table and juke box while the rest of us played games on the large dining table on the main floor. We used the table in the loft for putting together jig-saw puzzles. (We left two puzzles there for other guests to enjoy) The bedrooms were well appointed and having 5 bathrooms was a great asset. The views of the lake were spectacular and it was fun having it snow while we were there. Because our family is so large it makes it so much easier to rent a vacation home where we can all be together and yet have space to be alone if needed. Many wonderful memories were made on this trip and we hope to come back again soon.

  I would like to thank Brian for all his help. With info about the kyack rentals my son his friend and myself had a wonderful kyacking experience. The house was wonderfull everything in the ad and more. My wife, son, his friend and myself were lucky to run into each other, the house was so big. Everything was there to make it a great vacation. We are already thinking about going up again when it snows I am sure its a winter wonderland at that time of year although we stayed one week the weather could'nt have been better. Can't wait for our next trip.
