This home offers a spacious 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, fully stocked kitchen and living room. Enjoy your favorite shows in any of the bedrooms or living room on one of our TV's. We also provide all beach essentials (cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, toys, etc.) to ensure your stay at the beach is enjoyable and relaxing.

This was a perfect little beach place for my husband & I and our youngest daughter that was home for break. The house had everything we needed including fluffy towels and nice beds! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed using the bikes provided! They have a great location and a beautiful ocean view from the deck! This house was the perfect long-weekend getaway. We went in February and it was rainy some of the time, but we didn't mind b/c the house was cozy and spacious with nice amenities. The view was lovely. It is beautifully decorated and toddler friendly. We used the grill and the tank ran out but they had a back-up tank. The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows. We couldn't find the recycling bin, but that's the only complaint I could come up with. We would definitely stay here again. This is a great value.Did you find this review helpful? This property was perfect for two couples. The condo had everything we needed and close to our wedding venue. The weather was perfect. Let me know what happens with the remodel. We loved the location.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

The location and amenities of this two bedroom duplex really make for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with utensils, tupperware, bakeware--everything looks new in the summer of 2012. There's a grill on the deck for each of the two adjoining units (which could be united for a larger family). A closet off the lower deck holds comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and bikes in excellent condition. All linens, including quality beach towels, and household goods (paper towels,soap, etc) are provided. (No need to lug all this from home) The property is just steps away from the beach, and the Holiday Inn. It would make an excellent gathering place if some family members are only staying for a few days, or want to sleep in a different location. (I can imagine grandparents who would love to spend the day at the beach house, and walk next door to the privacy and quiet of their hotel room at night). A large glass table in the kitchen seats 8; the table on the deck seats 6, with a beautiful view. My family really enjoyed this property and we hope to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Remove sand from towels and clothes before using the washer and dryer. To prevent damage to hardwood floors, please keep sand swept up during your stay. • Please empty garbage from house regularly into main trash container located outside. Weekly renters: please help by remembering to put container at street on Tuesdays & Fridays • Please do not move furniture and bedding without approval. • GRILL: Outside propane grill is regularly checked for good working condition. Spare propane tank available (Please notify us if you empty a tank). • BIKES are located in the garage. We keep them in great condition! Please keep them inside when not using.
