  My family had a great time. We spent more time in the backyard then we did at the beach. The pool, hot tub and Beach area where great for our 8,6, and 3 yr olds. We also were able to go fishing on the dock and caught a couple fish of the dock. It is a small walk to the beach when we decided to go to the beach as well. Will stay here again.

  We stayed at Island Time for 4 weeks and did not want to go home! The house is so very nice...very clean, warmly decorated and cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. It's on a lovely quiet street and we walked to the beautiful uncrowded beach every day. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the back yard is totally private. Shawna and Dwight greeted us the day we arrived...even had some food and water waiting for our little dog...and a bottle of wine for us! They could not have been nicer or more accomodating. We also had guests and they fell in love with it too. NOBODY wanted to leave! We love Anna Maria Island! Thank you Dwight and Shawna!

  We stayed at Island Time in January and thou the weather was not always perfect - our accommodations were just what we needed. The open floor plan was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the hot tub every night. The location was central to all activities, yet private and quiet. Everything was very clean and they had all of the ammenities - more than you could list. The owners are like good friends - theyt were there when you needed them and alway eager to give recommendations for any of your desires. We will definitely return - don't miss this one - you won't be disappointed.

  After looking at the beautiful pictures the owners provided, we were excited to see the real thing. The real thing was more than picture perfect and we were not disappointed with the entire stay at this home! Owners met us upon arrival which was helpful as they showed us around and gave us some hints about the surrounding area. After days end we could hardly wait to get into the hot tub as we listened to soothing music provided and watched the night sky overhead. The living room was so comfy and the kitchen was a delight to my husband, who is the chef in our family. No expense was spared in making this a definite "home away from home"; owners even put up our Canadian flag which we truly appreciated! We would definitely consider returning to this lovely home, especially for another romantic week away.

  My stay here was amazing. The house is beautiful and very accommodating to adults as well as children. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need from dishes to cookware. We were able to enjoy the beach that is just minutes away as well as the downtown restaurants and pubs. We also enjoyed a nice bike ride (with the two bikes that are provided at the house) through the downtown area. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here and we will be returning very soon.

  This was my second time Staying at Island Time Beach House and this visit was even more impressive than the first time. Since my first stay back in May 2012, the Owners of the property added even more style and beach themes to the House. The Interior of the Home was immaculate and their was everything I and my friends needed for our stay. No detail was left behind. When I walked to the back of the home, I was amazed as to how Green and lush the Palm trees were. They surrounded the Pool, Jacuzzi and Picnic area with excellent privacy and really make you feel like your at a true beach resort. I was impressed with every area of the home and attention to details the owners put into the property. This place was top notch with excellent "Curb Appeal" and I recommend it 100%.

  This place was perfect for me and my 3 sons...cozy yet we all felt we had our own space (there was plenty of room for more people). The atmosphere is very relaxing. We have stayed beach front in the past and not sure how we'd like canal living but loved it and plan to come back to this rental-very professional, very clean, very accommodating. The beach is close as is all the other island amenities. We rented kayaks and took out from the canal dock. It took us out to the bay where we stopped at the pier for lunch. On the way back we encountered lots of dolphins and a few sting rays. My kids felt they were in a National Geographic picture. The beach was great as always but my kids didn't want to leave the pool and I was happy in the hot tub. Thanks for letting us stay here.

  We had a fabulous vacation at "Island Time." The location of the beach house was perfect for us. We loved that we were able to bike to the beach and shops. My husband and sons liked being able to walk across the street and fish off the boat pier.Thanks for all the little things you did that made the house welcoming and convenient. Probably, our favorite thing was the backyard pool and hot tub. It was like having our own private resort in the backyard ! Awesome !! The Grant Family (South Carolina)

  Our stay at the Island Retreat was wonderful! The house was immaculate and had everything that was mentioned in the ad. The kids had their own space and even they felt at home. Finding a place with a pool, dockage and pet friendly can sometimes prove difficult and to find that and more is extraordinary. Thank you for your great hospitality and personalizing our stay. My kids were impressed you remembered their names! Thanks again and we have already reserved for two weeks next summer!

  Thank you for allowing us to stay at your "ISLAND TIME" beach house! We were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us, 2 adults and our 3 children . The house was spotless and we loved the pool and spent many hours having fun in it! The night time by the pool - with the lighting and the tiki torches burning was really MAGICAL!!   Upon my arrival to the Beach house, I was impressed by the property's location first and foremost. It is with in minutes from restaurants, shops and of course some of the most beautiful Beaches in the world!. The house was immaculate and presented a tropical beachy theme, inside and out. The open floor plan along with plenty of bedrooms was perfect for any size family. The island kitchen has everything needed for making dinner and drinks for the family. When you walk outside to the linae, is when you really feel like your in Paradise. The Pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful with plenty of space to entertain for the evening. The ammenities included an easy access boat slip leading to the open waters of the Gulf. The owners of the property were very accomidating, pleasant and displayed a real appreciation for the guests. I highly recommend this property for your Anna Marie Island vacation!! Sincerely, Kacy

  We spent the Memorial Day weekend at this home and our experience was wonderful! We are already planning another trip for the end of summer. The home is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area where the pool and hot tub are is beautifully landscaped with lots of tall palm trees and foliage that create a totally private and tropical area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening when we got home from dinner or the beach. The location is fabulous, short walk to the beach and we rode our bikes almost everywhere we went. We also brought our boat and loved the fact that there is a boat slip right across the street! There are plenty of bars, restaurant, and shops that you can enjoy with a short bide ride. We had a blast and will be back!
