Three bed room house with three queen beds and a pull out sofa in living room will sleep up to eight people. Free internet access. Two bath, Screened back porch with dining table. Heated in ground pool in privacy fenced back yard. This home is one block from the beach and in a nice location. Home has washer, drier and all cooking utensils and dinnerware needed. There is a non refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee of $185.00 in addition to rental cost. Sorry, no pets allowed.

My family and I stayed here from June 10th to the 15th. The home is spacious as there were 7 of us and we all managed to stay out of each others way unless we needed to be together. The pool was clean and the beach is just one block from the house. A few miles from Clearwater to the north or St. Pete to the south. Will be back again and will book the same home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: My family and I have this home in florida and use it for our employees to take their family members on vacation. We've had the home a year and would like it to have some use. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This property is great because its in a small quiet beach community with lots of things to do very close. And you have privacy unlike a hotel or condo. Don't have to share this pool its yours when your here.
