Villa della Vista is a luxury 3-bedroom Tuscan villa, which we have modernised and furnished to a high standard.
The interior mixes traditional materials with Italian modern design. The large living room features a open log fireplace, original terracotta tiles and wooden doors leading out onto the south terrace and gardens. There is a separate kitchen/dining area fitted with marble worktops and equiped with all the utensils a serious food lover needs to be able to enjoy local market produce and Le Bagnaie's kitchen garden. There are also double doors from the kitchen leading out to the terrace and the vine-covered pergola. The villa's private landscaped garden - rich with cherry, pomegranate and fig trees and with a built-in BBQ - surrounds the property and enjoys 360-degree views of the countryside, including the distant Duomo of Siena to the south and the towers of San Gimignano to the west. The 20m pool is solar heated and the tennis court can be used all year round.

Four of us stayed at this property during the third week of September 2009. Our whole experience was far better than we could have ever hoped for. From the very start dealing with the owners was very simple and care free. When we arrived at the property we were thrilled at all aspects of the site. The home was well equipped in every respect, especially in the kitchen area. The swimming pool was wonderful and very well maintained. We will return to this site in the years to come whenever we travel to this region of Tuscany.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
