The photos of this property were beautiful, but I must say that they didn't do justice to the unit - it is absolutely gorgeous! Seeing the ocean from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom was wonderful. I even got up early to watch the sun rise a couple of days. Every thing was ultra-clean, and there were many extra amenities. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. If our schedules permit, we would love to stay here again next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a splendid time in this little slice of paradise. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates awaiting us on our arrival set the tone for our vacation. A lovely condo and so well stocked. The kitchen had all the little things you usually expect to purchase, coffee, spices, saran wrap, foil and much more. We enjoyed the heated pools, the pool tables and spa. The property manager was very helpful, letting us use his printer when the need arose. Only a few steps to the beach and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Owners Lynn and Andy were very accommodating and made sure we lacked for nothing. Definitely upscale all the way.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed two weeks in this condo-----what a beautiful condo!!!! The condo was very clean, updated, HUGE, beautiful and we felt very at home. The owner, Andy, is so great to work with! When we arrived, he had the condo looking like Christmas!!! We loved it!!! Would highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Daytona Beach!! This is the second time we have rented from him....no complaints, very satisfied!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family arrived late at night and we were able to get into the condo without any issues. We could not believe our eyes when we woke up. We had heard the ocean that night, but did not expect to have such an amazing view! We fell in love with St. Maarten. The layout of the condo is perfect; very spacious, even for our family of 6 (3 teenage girls and a very active 9 yr old son). The other guests we met were very friendly. The pools were the perfect temperature and well maintained. The beach had enough surf that the kids did not want to leave, but not too much so as I did not have to stay in with them. We rented chairs 2 out of the 4 days we were there for a reasonable price. This is a very safe and clean place to stay. We will most definitely be back!!! Thank you, Andy, for knowing exactly what my family needed...a perfect getaway!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
