  My a cappella group was touring in Florida and was looking for a place to stay that could sleep at least 10. We found this house and couldn’t be happier. The hot tub and pool in the back were perfect for hanging out and relaxing during the day and the beach was just a couple minute drive (15-minute walk) away. The kitchen was great for feeding 12 college boys and the many rooms with TVs and outlets gave us each some privacy for either working or just relaxing. Also, the porch at the front of the house was the perfect reading environment with fresh air and a relaxing ambience. This is a great house for families looking to vacation in the Palm Beach area at an extremely reasonable price and about 20 minutes from West Palm Beach. We went mini-golfing, spent a day at Disney, and performed 7 times during the week, and returning to this house after each excursion always felt like coming home. Simply a great house! We’ll probably be returning in a couple years.

  We stayed here for 9 days to vacation with some of my in-laws. In our party there were 2 couples and 4 kids. Cute vacation house. We loved the location...my husband and I brought our bikes and we just had to cross the bridge to get to 1a to cycle. Upstairs and one guest room mattress could have been better but overall it was better than we had anticipate and we enjoyed our stay.

  We loved staying in this house! The home was nicely remodeled and upgraded but not stripped of its charm. The large screened front porch was our favorite spot to read, talk or to eat our meals. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a generous supply of household linens and pillows. The hot tub, pool and yard were maintained weekly in order to keep everything attractive and clean. We also loved being within walking distance of the beach, library, restaurants, shops and parks. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lake Worth was a nice central location that allowed us to travel a short distance in all directions to see the Florida sights in Palm Beach County. There was a lot to see and do in this area. We went someplace new every day for a month. The house was a lovely, comfortable “home base” to return to after our outings. Great house, wonderful location and perfect weather made our vacation stay truly special.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This is a terrific house, in a great location. And the property manager could not be more helpful and cooperative. (I cannot count the number of times he told me to call him if we had any questions or concerns or if we needed something we could not find.) We were two couples and two adults. The very well stocked kitchen (not only pots and pans, but 3 cutting boards, decent kitchen knives, and a wide assortment of spices) and outdoor barbeque grill, with a supermarket about a half mile away, facilitated our eating all breakfasts and all but two dinners at home. Some meals we ate in the beautiful backyard, under a pretty canopy, others we ate at the dining room table. But my favorite room is the east-facing front porch, with its two lighted ceiling fans, love seat, 4 person table, and two relaxing chairs with matching ottomans, that took in the morning sun. This was our breakfast room and evening cocktail area.

  My family (my husband, our son and daughter-in-law, and their 6-year-old son, and I) spent Thanksgiving week here. During that time, we hosted 14 people for dinner one night and 11 people another night. The house worked perfectly and what it didn't have, manager Gary Ferrara good-naturedly provided. He couldn't have been more cooperative. The house is well-provisioned (especially the kitchen!), beds are super comfortable, and furnishings are to a high standard. We loved being able to walk to the supermarket, restaurants, galleries, the park, and the beach! Definitely a success!

  This house was the cutest house we have stayed in on vacation! We have 4 children, and all we had to bring were ourselves and clothes. Gary is absolutley amazing, anything we needed he was right there with, the house was stocked and cleaned beyond what we could have asked for. The pool and hotub are the reason we picked this house, and our kids enjoyed it a ton! We will defanitally be going back, we felt safe, had our own fenced in backyard with bar-b-que grill, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the front screened porch. If there is anything that you don't have, Gary is amazing at helping and a great guy. Made us feel like family. Thank you for an amazing vacation with my family!!

June 29 to Sept 30, 1000 per week.  200 per nite with 3 night minimum, or $750 per
weekend, Thursday nite check in after five, checkout Monday by 11 am.  50 % down 
with balance due within 45 days of booking.  11% tax, and $80 cleaning fee to be 
Paid separately.  We will have groceries available for you at cost plus $30.
Paper products are provided. In season, 1500 a week, 4000 per month.  Times and 
rates are negotable.  Holiday weeks $1700.  Smaller groups, please call for rates.
