Many sunsets and river views can be enjoyed on the wrap around porch with friends and family or grab your fishing pole and stroll down to the dock below.This is a five bedroom/ two bath cottage in country of T.I.Park. Newly renovated kitchen, living room, and entertainment nook. A dock is available with swim ladder.
Thousand Island Park is a family centered resort community with many facilities: library, retaurant, ice cream parlor, grocery, movies, public pavillion, children's sports program, tennis(additional fee), fishing, sailing and rowing school (additional fee), museum and more.
Only minutes away from the Minna Common Anthony Nature Center, Clayton, and Alex Bay. Both of these communities have a variety of seasonal activities.
