Our building is located on the driveable strip of the beach. You can view the beach by car, as well as rent 4 wheel ATVs, Golf Carts and Bicycles,and Scooters to ride on the beach.
Within walking distance (6 to 8 blocks) you'll find games, rides, food, and a movie theater at the pier and boardwalk. Enjoy watching fireworks as they are launched from the pier most every Saturday night in the Summer,(weather permitting)they can also be seen from the balconies and pool deck of our Resort

My husband and I booked this trip a week before our arrival. We came to here to welcome our new god son. All we wanted was a nice place to stay with just the basics. We didn't need oceanfront or luxury. We expressed that, but apparently the renter has different ideas when it comes to 'standard'. We stayed in the studio. The good things first: It was priced the same as every other place on the beach, had excellent water pressure, and the hot water lasts forever. The bed is also very comfortable. That's it. The bad: Our refrigerator didn't keep anything cold. We were shocked when we saw the large amount of produce and other items we bought were rotten 3 days after purchase. Our milk soured after 2 days. We notified the renter a few days before checkout, and asked for a room change. She said she'd call back in 30 minutes. I still haven't gotten a call from her. She also said she would have someone replace the fridge in that unit, but no one ever did. This resulted in us spending a couple hundred extra to go out and eat during the last three days. I received a text late in the afternoon on our checkout day from her saying she'd credited one day back to our account, which doesn't cover even the cost of lost groceries. Running out of character space so I'll just list the others: used items in the welcome basket, plaster from the ceiling all over the floor and furniture, heated pool was out of order the whole stay, you can hear LITERALLY everything in the hallways from inside your room, our door didn't lock unless you played with it, ad is misleading, implying a full kitchen (toaster oven/electric skillet/microwave do not equal a full kitchen). Huge plastered areas with no paint over them, holes in the walls, dishes inside cabinet were dirty, i had to wash them first. No glasses, only mugs, we had to buy cups. No ice maker in the fridge, not even trays. If your goal is to make people book again and again, you're doing it wrong. This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Cheapest in your set of condos it might be, but that doesn't mean I couldn't get a better place for the same cost. We booked because it said it had a "full kitchen" in all 12 units. Also, among the holes in the walls, the towel rack had been ripped out and the screw holes were clearly visible. This place looked like spring breakers had just torn it apart. We stayed in #107 in May, the location was perfect, the unit was well designed and clean. Loved the patio and the jacuzzi tub. this was our first vacation without our kids in 23 years Yay! could not ask for a nicer person to deal with for our getaway! Great place for the grand-babies to visit and play on the beach and in the pool. Looking forward to another great vacation here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The unit was tidy, clean and well equipped. The transaction with the owner went smoothly. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had. The people we met, that worked at the building were always pleasant and happy to see us. I would not hesitate returning or recommending it to others. Wonderful location, amazing pool. Just returned from this condo - great time, great location and easy out to the pool area and beach. This is a great condo for the money per night and the owner was very responsive with any issues. It was clean, beds are comfortable and walk right out to nice pool and hot tub. The complex does have 3 bbq grills on the deck available. Very convenient location right off Int'l Speedway. Thanks for a great time.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We rented a unit for 4 days, This was our first and much needed vacation with our 6 month old son. we had a number of problems. there was construction going on right under our balcony so we were woken up each morning by the beeping of bobcats and the noise of cranes. The renter mentioned nothing about this. The hot tub was a main reason we rented which the renter called to tell us was out of order after we booked and were already charged for the room. The website states that there is WiFi available. what it doesn't tell you is that you can only access from the lobby, not from your room. One night due to the construction the water was shut off from 9 pm to 7am, no showers, no cooking, no toilets. On top of all of that the cable to the whole building was out Friday night and half the day Saturday. We don't like to complain and were not going to give a bad review but we emailed the renter about these problems while we were there and never received any type of response. It was almost like she had our money and her obligation was over. We felt very cheated of our vacation due to all of these problems and the lack of care from the owner of the unit. We will not rent from this person again and don't recommended anyone doing so either. Just returned from a stay at the most lovely condo. The unit was everything it was described to be and a perfect location. Security was great. Communication with the owners was supurb. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this unit. I will stay againRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children.

We recently stayed here for a mini vacation and to view a space shuttle launch. The condo was great and met all of our expectations and more. The condo was clean and inviting and the description and photo's of our unit were exact. The security of the property was more than I expected and added to the peacefulness of our stay. The pool and communal areas of the property were clean and professionally maintained throughout our stay. Renting from the owner was easy as they provided several ways of communication to make sure that any needs we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed having my coffee every morning on the balcony watching the sunrise. No photo can capture the views from this condo... you have to experience it for yourself. We plan to vacation here again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We love the Ocean, Intercoastal Waterways and Sandy Beaches. We live and work in Ohio, but for Fun we visit our Condo in Daytona Beach. While in Daytona, we enjoy Sailing, Tennis, Golf, Motorcycles and walks on the Beach. Ohio is Beautiful, but it is great to take a break during the cold Winter months.
Why the Owner Chose Harbour Beach Resort:
Our building is located just 8 blocks South of the Pier and Main Street. It has a unique unrestricted view of the Ocean and Coastline. In fact, we loved the location of our condo building so much, that we talked several of our family members into buying condos here. Now that we own several condo units in the same building, we plan trips together and look forward to family vacations to an area where we find plenty to keep everyone and all ages entertained.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Tiki Bar that is located on the pool deck, is owned by our family, this 16 x 16 sheltered area is nice for a gathering of family and friends by the pool, just ask for permission to use it prior or during your stay. This is NOT an amenity to the building, but a private area that Our personal rental guest have exclusive use of. During busy dates, Rental charges may apply.
