Great remodeled, smoke-free efficiency on the beach in the recently updated Island Inn Condo at 9980 Gulf Blvd. Sleeps four, has small kitchen and bath.

Fully furnished with linens, kitchenware, granite, new cabinets, beach accessories and everything you need to enjoy the busy area activities.

Heated Pool on site and beach bar. Walk on beach to hotels, bars, music, dining. Close to John's Pass shopping/restaurant activity area, bird sanctuary, famous Don Cesar Hotel, golfing, highways and airport.

Fantastic opportunity to stay on the beach at reduced rates. Below hotel costs and have a home-like atmosphere. Private balcony overlooking the beach. Private boat dock also.

Activities and Attractions: Swimming, Volleyball, Restaurants, Churches, Supermarkets, Drugstores, and Night Life are all within two miles.

Historic John's Pass Village is only four miles away and features great restaurants, deep sea fishing, water craft rentals, shopping, and day cruises.

A short drive away is downtown St. Petersburg featuring the famous Pier, Sunken Gardens, the Dali Museum, shopping, and many excellent restaurants. Tennis courts and a par three Municipal Golf Course with reasonable green fees are located on Treasure Island.

Sports fans can also enjoy Devil Rays baseball, Buccaneers football, or Lightning hockey which are all within 40 minutes of the condo. Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are 40 minutes away, as is Tampa International Airport.

You are just 90 minutes from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

  • I just wanted to say that we just got home from a stay over Labor Day Week-end at this efficiency and it was just wonderful. The pictures on the web-sit don't do it justice. Anything you could possibly want was there. Forget shampoo, toothpaste, sun screen, etc...at home? No problem, they have it. An absolutely adorable, homey, beachy place. All tile floors, so no worries about tracking sand and messing up a carpet. Close to everything and beautiful view of the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay. Walking distance to all the beach bars. Make sure if you go to check out the drum circle on Sunday nights starting at sun down behind the Bilmar. Just a short walk away. You just cannot go wrong with this efficiency. No musty smells, dirt, or our "famous" Florida bugs....nothing. Just perfect. Thank you to the owners for opening their home to us. We will definitely be back if they will have us.
