We have lived in Florida since the 80's and enjoy opening up our home to visitors and repeat guests. Our interests are traveling, volunteering,taking our great dane out so people can enjoy him, visiting the Smokey Mountains where we have a cabin that is rentable, and enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
Because Treasure Island has less traffic than areas further up the beach and has a nice wide beach where you can watch kite flying, wind surfing and sand sculpting. It is a great town with great restaurants and quick access to downtown St. Pete.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have a neat, clean, remodeled unit that feels like home and a great balcony to enjoy the beach from or sit on the sofa and enjoy the great view. You could bring your boat here and dock it at our dock, availability permitting but it usually is available and have great restaurants/bars within walking distance and great shopping at John's pass a stone's throw away.

I just wanted to say that we just got home from a stay over Labor Day Week-end at this efficiency and it was just wonderful. The pictures on the web-sit don't do it justice. Anything you could possibly want was there. Forget shampoo, toothpaste, sun screen, etc...at home? No problem, they have it. An absolutely adorable, homey, beachy place. All tile floors, so no worries about tracking sand and messing up a carpet. Close to everything and beautiful view of the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay. Walking distance to all the beach bars. Make sure if you go to check out the drum circle on Sunday nights starting at sun down behind the Bilmar. Just a short walk away. You just cannot go wrong with this efficiency. No musty smells, dirt, or our "famous" Florida bugs....nothing. Just perfect. Thank you to the owners for opening their home to us. We will definitely be back if they will have us.
