  It was everything it said it would be and more! Although cozy, would not recommend more than two people, the room was really comfortable. Beds were great, clean, the bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was great and everything was sparkling clean. We could have used a few shelves or a dresser for clothes, used the top shelf of the closet, so it worked. The view and the patio was fantastic, right on the beach and close to all of the action. The Shelbourne Hotel staff was excellent, helpful, courteous. Great pool, right on the beach, close to Lincoln Road shopping and restaurants. Frank, the owner was outstanding, helpful and very concerned with our comfort. I give this property 5 stars. We would definitely return. Thanks Frank!

  My husband and I have been coming to South Beach for almost 35 years-stayed at just about every hotel on the beach. This was by far the most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. Although small it has more amenities than a regular hotel room-2 small refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker, Iron & board etc. The shower was incredible- I had a hard time getting out of it- But the view- that was the best- Waking up each day to a panoramic ocean was heavenly. Frank, the owner, was always so helpful and responded nearly immediately to all questions and requests- a pleasure to work with. We're definitely looking forward to our next visit!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Only left today but am already missing the breathtaking view we woke up to every day. This room may be relatively small but it's very well set up for the perfect south beach vacation. We've been going to SOBE for over 35 years-stayed at many of the high end hotels and I can say without hesitation this was the best room ever. The location is great only two blocks to Lincoln Road and it's restaurants & shops, two blocks to the New World Symphony, and of course it's right on the beach-no car needed. The owner, Frank, was totally accessible - Any time I emailed him he responded immediately (even when he was out of the country!) He and his mom own, manage and keep the condo spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable-I'm not a great sleeper but had great night sleeps here. I have to also mention the shower -both it's instant hot water and it's water pressure, was probably the best I've ever taken! The Sherborne hotel is half hotel/half condos-the staff was very kind and attempted to be accommodating although they are unrelated to this rental they answered any questions I asked. The pool and beach access was easy and laid back. All in all I hesitate to write this rave review since I'm afraid it won't be available for our next trip!

  The room was amazing with breathtaking view. The owner Frank made sure all of our needs were met and he and his mother Olga showed great hospitality. The room was clean and beautiful equipped with the basic essentials like towels, soap, toilet paper and compimentary water. These things might be basic, but comes in handy when you don't have to run to the local store to purchase these things as soon as you get there. The beds were so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was beautiful with modern fixtures and the shower head was somthing I've never seen before, it was amazing. I am so impressed that so much effort went into making sure that who ever stayed there has the best experience
