Eagle Management was very helpful in finding a home that suited my families needs. The rooms seemed to be clean and we loved having the pool to keep cool. The few things we were disappointed in was the fact that the house had no cleaning supplies, garbage bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We didn't expect to have to pay for those extra things when we felt that the price we paid to stay was well enough to have these things stocked. I also had to re-wash the sheets and every comforter in the house looked dirty as well so we had to spend time during our vacation to clean these things. This is a lovely big home in a super quiet neighbourhood. I do have two suggestions that might help future guests. I would suggest that one set of twin beds from one of the front bedrooms be swapped with the double bed in the bedroom closest to the master. This arrangement might work better for other families like ours who are travelling with small children or for two families sharing the house - this gives a master and a room with two twins at each end of the house. With the house being so big and with no alarm system, we were not comfortable with one of both of our young children sleeping at the front of the house near the front door on their own. As a result, they had to share a bed in the bedroom closest to the master. Also, considering that we are asked as a courtesy to the cleaning staff to start the load of sheets in the washer before we leave, I think that bleach should be provided so that the sheets can be properly disinfected between guests. I don't have a problem purchasing cleaning items which are for our own use, buy I feel the owner should provide the bleach for proper washing of the sheets. I hope that my suggestions are helpful to future guests. The accomodations were superb for my family of 8. It was our home away from home - My kids said they wanted to live there ! We enjoyed it so much, we stayed an extra night. The staff was very helpful on our 1st night there and answered all our questions, plus our concerns before arriving @ the rental house.
