Welcome to our home! Enjoy breathtaking unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Beach in this 3 bd/2ba condo which has never been on the vacation rental market until now.
It has been furnished as our second home and is fully equipped for your stay including a full kitchen with granite counters, washer and dryer, three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king bed and the bath includes a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom. Both the master and second bedrooms enjoy an oversized balcony and the amazing views of the white sugar sand beach and emerald blue waters of the Gulf.
The third bedroom enjoys views of the Santa Rosa Sound and has two twin beds that can be put together as a king bed if desired. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living room, have their own TV.
The Santa Rosa Towers complex is located on Ft. Pickens Rd on the Intracoastal Waterway, a few doors down from the popular Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant. The complex has a tennis court, a pool and a gym. The island bike path is at our front door and many restaurants, shops and clubs are within a short drive or walk away. Pensacola Beach and the surrounding communities offer recreational, cultural and historic activities all year long.

About the owner: We purchased this as our second home and have enjoyed it with friends, family, and a few long-term snow birds who return each year to enjoy it as their own.

Pensacola Beach is a little slice of heaven. It is not as built up as many other beach communities and allows easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country....which almost never sees a crowd. Santa Rosa Towers is perfectly located on the island...a few feet by foot to the famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant, a short drive to the historic Fort Pickens or to the Margaritaville, Casino Beach or The Boardwalk...where shopping and restaurants abound.
