This beautifully decorated and furnished designer home will welcome you the moment you walk through the front door. I's decorated in warm and comforting colors that invite you to relax, enjoy life and make great memories while you're visiting The Villages. This home is approximately 2100 sf of air conditioned space, so you won't feel cramped and crowed here. You'll immediately notice the beautiful wood floors as you walk in and head to the comfort of the living room. Here you'll notice there is plenty of room to sit and relax, including a recliner to kick back in and watch TV. There is plenty of seating available for those times you want to entertain and have friends in for dinner or drinks. As you make your way to the kitchen, you'll be in awe at the size of the workspace and amount of cabinets this home has to offer. There's a built in desk area for your laptop and free WiFi for you to get your email, stay in touch with family and friends and surf the internet. You can also use the the unlimited long distance phone service to call anywhere in the United States. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and expands if you need more space while entertaining. The master bedroom is warmly decorated and features a comfortable king size bed and a TV for your enjoyment. The private master bath boasts a large walk in roman shower, double sinks and plenty of closet space. The two guest rooms are at the front of the home offering plenty of privacy for you and your guests. The guest rooms share a full bath in 'Jack & Jill' style. One guest room has a comfortable queen size bed, the second a comfortable full size bed and are beautifully decorated. There's a conveniently located half bath (powder room) off the hallway. This home is located in The Village of Duval. It's minutes by golf cart to the pools and recreation center. It's conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood (the third town center, which is expected to be open in the fall of 2012). By golf cart It's approximately a relaxing 15 minute ride to Lake Sumter Landing. There you'll find shopping, movie theaters, dining and live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dining choices do not stop there...there's 9 country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) throughout The Villages. Spanish Springs, the original town center, also offers shopping, movie theaters, bowling, dining and live music, dancing and happy hour every night. The Villages has many times been referred to as 'Disney World for Adults' and rightly so with the vast array of activities to take part in. There's something for everyone. Weekly rates DO NOT include Resident ID cards - an additional fee of $50 will be added to the rental rate for ID cards if requested.
Reservation deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Amount varies depending upon the length of stay. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rent.
Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due within 30 days of the check in date.
Security fee is refundable within 10 days of the checkout date after a walk thru and inventory check.
