Beautiful Villa, Gorgeous, Impeccably maintained property. All amenities are right within steps from your gated front door. Location to everything in downtown Cabo 5 minutes away. Water taxi's steps from your beach chair! Mr Spradlin is a gem to work with through VRBO. The owner's dining tips are one of the best extra perks you could get. Villa, furnishing's, in-villa comforts of home provide everthing you need. Carlos one the on-site concierge couldn't make your stay easier for reservations for dinner, suggestions for shopping. Very nice property, and excellent location right on the beach and close to town. The condo offered a very comfortable living arrangement for our family of four-2 bedrooms, living area and a spacious balcony. About a 2 minute walk to the beach from the door of the condo, and the beach is one of the nicest in all of Cabo. The only negative is there is a bit of a land grab for chairs by the pool early each morning, but we are more of a beach family anyway.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Before our arrival, the helpful owner answered every question. Upon our arrival, we were introduced to the kind staff that was available to us 24/7 who greeted us in the lobby like family each time we would leave or arrive from our adventures of going on a submarine, zip-lining, rappelling, and sight-seeing. We enjoyed a truly pampering experience with housekeeping ensuring we had a tidy condo to include running the dishwasher, replenishing our toiletry items, and tiding up the beds. I am a mother of two precious little girls under the age of two and when we arrived we were delightfully provided two cribs and high chairs which I wouldn’t have wanted to vacation without. The condo did not take any shortcuts when building this place, the condo we stayed at was nicely decorated and very spacious at 2197sq ft and can sleep up to eight adults. I felt as if I was right at home with a twist of elegance with all the comfortable amenities I have in the states including a small washer and dryer right in the condo that came in handy for our 10day stay. Even cooking with the top of the line amenities both inside the nice kitchen and outside in the patio felt enjoyable. In the evening, we enjoyed watching cable TV on the comfortable couches and watching the sunset. My father, a disabled Vietnam Vet, who sometimes has to use a wheel chair and had no issues with elevators, inside the condo, or on the spacious patio. What we also didn’t know when booking this condo is that some of the white, sandy beaches with clear turquoise water are not directly accessible to people at all resorts due to the terrain or unsafe ocean spots. We were quite elated to discover that this condo was one out of a handful of Cabo’s hundreds of resorts that was indeed directly accessible to clean beach and safe ocean side property. From our condo on the second floor and two rooms in from the ocean, we had an amazing view of the courtyard, the easily accessible beach and ocean, and Cabo’s famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas or that looks like a dolphin. The courtyard has a nice garden, spa, restaurant, two pools and hot tubs that was Wi-Fi accessible. Down the stairs and onto the beach we had practically every water activity accessible to us; we were able to enjoy water taxis, canoeing, jet skiing, sunset cruising, and parasailing. My mother, sister, and I enjoyed a couple of the spa luxurious generously offered by the condo. All in all, we had an amazing time from my 7mo old to my 60yr old father @ VLE.

The pictures hardly do justice! This is a luxurious condominum ideally situated on Medano Beach and within walking distance (beach or streets) to dining/shopping/marina venues. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The expansive veranda, where we spent much of our time, provides an excellent perch overlooking the pool and it is close enough to see and hear the ocean. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the concierge made several reservations for us. The grounds are beautiful as one might expect. The fitness center is excellent (and close by) and the Spa is adequate, or better. The owners have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything written by former guests is absolutely true. The unit has a superb location with spectacular views close to the beach and overlooking a gorgeous pool. This is our first visit to Cabo and I certainly made the right choice in selecting this resort but especially this condo. The information sheet provided was our "bible". We followed it in every respect and as a result had a fantastic vacation. We will return to Cabo and would rent this unit again.

Our family has stayed at Villa La Estancia three times in the past and we have thoroughly enjoyed each vacation. This year in particular we were very happy with villa 1202 - the location is great with close proximity to the pool as well as stunning views of the ocean. The villa itself is updated throughout and nicely appointed. The owners were very responsive during the booking process and their 5 page overview of information and recommendations about La Estancia and Cabo was helpful. We would definitely book this villa again!

I usually do not take the time to comment on our vacation rentals, but this villa is EXCEPTIONAL and the owner is super nice! My friends and I take a "wives" trip each year. This was our first visit to Cabo, and we loved it! 1202 is the best condo in all of La Estancia. There was so much room, and the unit looks brand new. The staff at La Estancia are genuine and helpful. I plan to return soon with my husband!

We loved Villa La Estancia and loved Villa #1202. The villa had a fabulous view of the pool and ocean. It was very clean, luxurious, private, and spacious for our group of 6 people. The resort was beautiful with a great location. We also enjoyed the fact that the resort was not crowded and we always could get a great spot at the pool or beach any time of day. We had a terrific time, the place absolutely is gorgeous! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, what a view and great place to hang out. We enjoyed the location, so close to the beach and the pool. Your info on Cabo was a great help, we wound up going to Costco, which was really close to the condo. We went to the historic area of San Jose one night for dinner for a change of pace. Again, I thank you and can not say enough good things about our stay!

Villa 1202 was beyond our expectations-great location, gorgeous terrace! It was beautifully furnished and superbly supplied with all one's needs. The resort itself was great! The management of the resort paid attention with grace to the details and needs of all the guest-very impressive. We were thrilled with the convenience of the new Weber grill on the terrrace. The attachment sent by the owner with all the info on Cabo/resort was outstanding. Kevin answered all my questions regarding Cabo. Villa #1202 was perfect in every aspect for our stay in March 2006. We had a great time at the pool during the day with our little children and on the terrace in the evenings after they went to sleep. The location is very convenient to the beach, the pool, gym and only a short walk down the beach to the Office. Everything was as we expected after talking to the owners and viewing the website. Their restaurant recommendations and tips were very helpful. We would happily stay there again, thank you.

The Accomodations and staff at La Estancia were fantastic. So was the sportfishing. Enjoyed the beach and the pool, as well as the restaurants and nightlife in Cabo. We`ll definetly be going back.

What a Find! We spent 9 of the most relaxing days, from July 16 to July 24, than we have in years. The Villa is well appointed, spacious and extremely comfortable. The owners were very gracious and a pleasure to deal with. You can't find a more restful place. Just 3/4 of a mile from downtown Cabo. Great food from elegant dining to "party time", you wont regret your choice. Thank to Villa 1202, the view spectacular.

Villa La Estancia is absolutely gorgeous! The view from 1202 is unbelievable. We stood on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view and pool view. "Villa la Estancia!!" Wow, what can one say to describe pure bliss. A little piece of Heaven waiting for you to enjoy.
