This villa is one of the few Seabrook properties with a true beachfront view and would be great for a couple looking for an island retreat! Walk in, and immediately on the left is the king-sized bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and tub. Further down the hallway is a second full bathroom with shower.
The main living area includes plenty of seating, TV and a round dining table seating four, all tastefully decorated in bright, warm colors, perfect for the beach feel. A fully-equipped, galley kitchen lies adjacent and is partially open to the main area.
Off the main area facing the beach is a porch with round table seating four, ideal for enjoying evening meals and drinks while watching one of the stunning sunsets over the sea, thanks to the west-facing position of that side of the island. Want to take advantage of the beach? Step right outside and walk down the boardwalk and pop back for lunch!
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Your dog is welcome to travel with you on your holiday. 1305 Pelican Watch is pet friendly (after May 1st). Pet fee of $125 required if man's best friend is coming with you.
