Super agradeciada con Margarita y Rafael por la acogida en nuestras vacaciones en Miami. El departamento nos resulto super cómodo. Aparte de que cuenta con todo lo necesario, la ubicación es fenomenal! Our condo at the Plaza could not have been a more perfect way to spend February 2013. The Plaza is a perfect location in Brickell -- easy access to downtown Miami, Bayfront Park and Bayside shopping, as well as Mary Brickell Village. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had every amenity to make us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking Brickell Key, the cruise ships and outward to South Beach. The Plaza offers a friendly staff and many amenities -- especially the heated pool. It's a perfect winter escape!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed in the appartment during 10 days and this was a great experience. The view and location are wonderfull: the bay area is walking distance and the view from the balcony is great. Everything in the appartment was clean and ready to use, just like on the pictures. Complimentary gym and pool just added to the experience. The only drawback I can think of is that if more than two people are staying then you have to do and undo the sofa in the dining room every day. We had a great experience with my wife and kid. Since I am in the construction business, i am very demanding with the places i stay at. The apartment is modern and everything worked perfect. The bed is unbelievably soft and confortable. We felt at home. Regarding security, you couldn't be in an better place. The building is very safe. I used the gym a couple of times and it has what is needed for a workout. I also jogged around the neigborhood in brickell key and it is a very nice place. So what can i say for someone looking to stay in miami...great choice!!! Margarita and rafael are nice people,and they will help whatever is needed. We actually didn't need much because everything was perfect. The views in the apartment are surreal. All the electronic artefacts functioned fine since they are brand new. I will be coming back to this great apartment. Thanks margarita and rafael for an awesome vacation. My wife made the choice and we couldn 't have picked a better spot. We where in the apartment for 20 days, so we got to know it very well. Just PERFECT!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Nicely appointed condo, with large comfortable bed, small balcony on north side of building with view of bay, brickell island, miami beach in the distance and wrapping around to see miami north of downtown and to the west. Smart TV, wireless internet worked well. Ask for extra key, as fobs needed to operate elevator, had intermittant functioning. Kitchen perfect, bathroom very well done, washer dryer easy to use, dishwasher and refrigerator functioned perfectly. Free local land line quite useful. Owners responded in timely fashion via text or phone to concerns. Picture on website of a south facing balcony, but otherwise everything was perfectly described. Would stay there again.
