There is an additional rental charge for this equipment, after each use all equipment must be inspected , to insure that everything is clean and has not been damaged during use. Off Season Rates: Lowest rates begin after the New Year Holiday and gradually rise beginning Easter. Prime Season Rates begin Memorial Weekend. Due to Popularity, Reserve Early as Possible even during Off Season, before your favorite date is gone! "EXCLUDES ALL HOLIDAYS, HOLIDAY WEEKENDS or HOLIDAY WEEKS". If you are staying "4 or more nights during an Off Season Holiday" a discount will apply.
FYI: ***2009 SPECIAL RESERVE SOON*** There has not been a rate increase since 2006. Due to the rising costs of everything to keeping a home up and running we can no longer hold the old rates offered since 2006. If you have a Prime Season date in mind for 2009 and you reserve and secure your reservation with a 50% deposit of the total, "Prior to December 31st", the current rates will apply. If you reserve a date and wish to change it 60 days prior to your arrival, you can do this depending on availability. ***DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY HOLIDAYS, Weekends or Weeks***.
