Across the street from the 42nd St Beach is our clean, comfortable and spacious four bedroom condo.
Hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms, up-graded and roomy kitchen with large island and many amenities for cooking at home. There is a large front deck which overlooks Central Ave and has plenty of furniture (chairs, tables recliners) is great for barbecuing, conversation and relaxation.
All bedrooms have TVs and in the house there are two VCRs and a DVD player. Two bedrooms have queen beds and there are two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Movies in VCR and DVD are provided for all ages.
Additional extras include a rooftop deck with great views of the beach and the bay. Its great for tanning during the day, watching the beautiful sunsets at dusk or for a few cocktails after dinner.
In the living room there is a gas fireplace in case there is a chilly night. All of this and across the street is Ocean City's best beach!
Rental Info:
No pets. No smoking. Tenants supply linens and towels. Check-in 2:00pm Saturday, check-out 10:00am the following Saturday.
$250 deposit required within one week to reserve your week. Lease will be immediately mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit. Signed Lease and 40% of weekly rental is due within two weeks of mailing of Lease with balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your initial $250 deposit will serve as security deposit and will be returned within 15 days of Lease end.
