This is a wonderful unfenced home on a dirt road in Cave Creek, AZ with full RV Hook-up. It is a large 3BR 2.5BA home featuring a great room for the family to sit and enjoy or a large group of friends to catch up. The great room offers ample seating area with a fire place to enjoy. The 12 Foot ceilings add to the the openess of the room. The kitchen adjacent to the great room is very large and open offering granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a formal dining room with bay windows, as well as a nice breakfast nook to have your morning coffee. The master bedroom has its own bathroom attached with a large walk in rain head shower as well a jetted tub. Lovely Fench doors lead to the extra large back patio. The other two bedrooms are connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom which has an exit to the large patio. The home has as spacious office with a dual desk for those who must work on vacation. Wifi is provided. A special feature is the viewing deck allowing you to enjoy the desert sunrises and sunsets. AZ Republic newspaer is delivered daily. The home includes a large laundry room with Whirlpool washer and dryer set.

Our stay in Cave Creek was truly a Sonoran Desert paradise retreat. We especially enjoyed the openness of the house so we could take in the peacefulness and still country feel. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the horses and the wildlife. The wildlife sighted were a family of nesting owls, quails, and red cardinals. The house and furnishing were modern and luxurious. Everything about this place is a 5 Star experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

The house was beautiful along with the outside sitting areas. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the roof while watching the balloons. The owners are wonderful people and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to others!! It is just a short drive to many golf courses and spring training baseball games.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house was beautiful.We had 6 in our party and had plenty of room.The way the house is set up you have all the privacy you need,a large common area,kitchen,dining and living room.The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the desert that made for exceptional sunsets each night.We would highly recommend this home to anyone.Thank you RosaLee and Mike for sharing your home with us.We hope to see you next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our grandchildren and their families really appreciated the amenities of this house! Great tv's , separate master bedrooms, great porches and kitchen. The owners were most gracious and welcoming and we look forward to having our family stay their again. We have rented several VRBO houses and this was the best. The property is absolutely amazing! This exceptionally clean and well appointed home offers the amenities which made our stay seem like a resort. All appliances are state of the art. The design of the home ensures the privacy for guests. The master suite includes not only a ground level walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub as well as a water closet which has its own lavatory. The dish network ensures a wide reception of television. The guest wing is on the opposite side of the home and it has not only a bedroom and full bath, but a full sized laundry room with its own washer and dryer. Shopping centers in the area boast an assortment of activities including but not limited to Gallagher's sports bar, Starbucks, Friy's food market, Papa John's pizza etc. The peace and quiet of the area provides a respite from the frenetic pace of the 21st century lifestyle. We would be most happy to recommend this property and our stay here to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

About the owner: This beautiful 1 1/12 acres has been in the family over fifty years. Back then there were no roads to our property. How Cave Creek has changed! We took a big step six years ago and built this beautiful home on the acreage. It was a challenge and well worth the effort. We are now retired and enjoy traveling. We've used VRBO many times and decided since we are familiar with VRBO, will register our home on VRBO for you to enjoy.
