This new 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo has a great view of the gulf and the tropical pool area located in the center of the resort. It is located on the 3rd and 4th (top) floors. This condo is quite luxurious! We have furnished it with state of the art TV's and appliances. 55' 3D LED TV in the living room and the 40 and 46' LED TV's in each of the bedrooms. New custom appliances including washer and dryer, dishwasher, range, microwave, side by side refrigerator, garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and other utensils including waffle iron and coffee maker. If you find a common item we don't have, but feel like you really need it, just call me to get approval to get reimbursed for your purchase and leave it in the condo for our future guests to enjoy! Be sure to plan on grilling by the beautiful tropical pool area. There are 3 pools and a hot tub.
There are two bedrooms. The master suite is upstairs and has a queen sized memory foam bed, night stand, chest, 40' LED HD TV, master bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has the queen bed and a set of bunk beds, 46' LED HD TV. The second bathroom is adjacent. There is a queen Murphy Bed downstairs.
The Resort is located along the Galveston Seawall. There is no beach access in front of the Resort. There are nice beaches nearby in either direction. You can walk or drive 3/4 mile to the west or 2 1/2 mi to the east and find nice beaches.
Take a walk down the seawall and feel the tropical breezes and stop by the nearby pier and enjoy the coffee bar, restaurant and of course fishing. A traditional Cinema is located just a few blocks away and of course Moody Gardens and Schlitterbauhn are about 5 minutes away. Walmart, Kroger and other shopping is 5 to 10 minutes. Pleasure Pier theme park is about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic along the Seawall. You can purchase discounted tickets to some attractions at galvestonislandpass.com.
The Resort Pools are closed each Monday until 2pm (except if Monday is a Holiday) for cleaning.

The condo was very nice! The owner Randy stopped by with more laundry soap and to say hello! Unfortunately I had a bit too much sun and missed him, but my son met him and said he seemed happy and full of energy! Our stay was very comfortable and welcoming. The view of the pool and ocean were also beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and we had 5 nights of good sleep.... The bathrooms were nice and we never ran out of hot water! It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer! We even found the time to use the pool and hot tub a couple of times. Our favorite places to eat were Papa's Pizza and Big Amos; both were on the sea wall and reasonably priced. The biggest disappointment was Fisherman's Wharf, it was extremely pricey and the food wasn't great and our waitress was only friendly towards men.... We fished at Sea Wolf Park, it was pricey and disappointing; the pier off of 61st street, was free and only had small bait robbing fish; off the Jetty by the Bolivar Ferry, free, fun, but a storm chased us away, the ferry ride was nice and also free; the guys enjoyed fishing directly in front of the Maravilla complex, climbing over the rocks and standing in the ocean! We also went to Moody Gardens, our favorite attractions were the big glass rainforest pyramid and the paddle boat ride. I almost forgot, we also saw a late night movie at the local movie theatre. The theatre was pretty basic, looked like they were remodeling a little bit and was inexpensive. Thanks Randy, for sharing your place with us! We had a wonderful time and a memorable vacation!! I wanted to write something in your guestbook, but ran out of time before checked out.... We hope to come stay again in the not too far off future! -The Peterson Family P.S. My husband and I have two kids under two years old- so when we had the chance to run to Galveston with some friends for the weekend we jumped at the opportunity- the first in 2 years! It was last minute and I knew we weren't going to find anything- but I stumbled upon this condo on vrbo.com and it actually said it was available! Thinking it must be a mistake I emailed the owner- within 20 minutes he called me! Said it was available! The price was good and the pictures had looked great- so we booked! We drove 5.5 hours from southern la and made it there in the middle of the night- a quiet spot on the sea wall blvd strip but still close to everything- Let me tell you- this place could easily go for way more!!!! After getting into the room we were amazed at the open floor plan- beautiful appliances and really nice furniture. But we were tired and collapsed in the comfy bed. I woke up the the view that is pictured with the window looking out over the pools and then the gulf. The picture does not do justice to the view from the bedroom and balcony- it is gorgeous!!! We were less than ten minutes from schliterbahn and central to all the restaurants- but definitely not in the busy part of the strip. The two nights we spent were not enough!!! We will definitely be back- Thanks to Randy the owner for being so quick to text and email back when I had questions- you were awesome and so was the condo!!Did you find this review helpful? The Condo is very clean, fabulous view, and everything you will need! Quiet & Relaxing, perfect for kids. Nice Pools and Nice People! We enjoyed the location also, 5-10 minutes from everything (Food, Moody Gardens, Water Park, etc.) and right on Seawall Blvd.Owner response: Thanks for the great review! This was our first road trip with our two young children and we choose this condo and it was GREAT! We had plenty of space for our 2 yr old and 4 yr old to enjoy, I was able cook healthy meals in the spacious kitchen and we are also able to do laundry before our road trip back home. Clean, quiet and nice! Photos are very accurate and property looks identical to photos posted in the listing. Nice pool areas and loved the view of the beach from the condo! Great time! Comfortable beds! Owners were VERY easy to work with and VERY accommodating to our family!! Just an overall great time and we will definitely be back soon!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I decided to do a little something different for Christmas this past year, so we took a trip to the beach! I must say that we were more than pleased with our stay at this condo! It was spacious, modern & comfortable all wrapped into one. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that he didn't miss a thing! The view from the patio was amazing! Beds were beyond comfortable! There was even a waffle iron there which our teenage girls were ecstatic about! We can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We enjoyed all the quality appliances and modern feel of the condo. The property was well maintained and tidy. We were able to swim at the 2 of the pools on the property..they were both very clean and not crowded. Having stayed at other hotels in Galveston, this rental is top notch! I would love to come back again. Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. The view from the balcony was beautiful with the sparkling pool and the gulf in the background!! The beds were comfortable too. Another great amenity was the superfast wifi!! The weather was definitely on our side with a touch of rain one morning, but sunshine through out the rest of the wknd. Our family of 7 had a great stay..the only bad thing was leaving to go back home. Thanks for an amazing stay!! Looking forward to the next time!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved all of the space. We have stayed in much smaller condos for about the same price and this was much nicer! The finishes are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, which is important.
