When you arrive at this quaint cottage, you will have found peace and tranquillity just minutes away from activities and entertainment. From every window (and the deck) you will view dense forest - with not a neighbor in sight.
"Gingerbread Cottage" is ideally located on a hill just one and a half miles above the village of Fish Creek. Within minutes you can be at the waterfront, Peninsula State Park, Drive-In theater, Peninsula Players theater in the garden, restaurants and shops.
Inside the cottage you will find plenty of space for a large family or a get-together with friends. Two upstairs bedrooms share a bath and sleep six with two sets of bunk beds and two more twin beds.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bath. The greatroom has a wood burning fireplace and a dining area adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck gets plenty of sun amidst the dense foliage.

Out stay at the cottage was wonderful! Quiet and like the ad says still close to everything. Used the hiking paths across Highway 42 to give us and our dog a good workout! Really enjoyed the cottage and are looking forward to coming back this year.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

Rates
$925 per week or $155 per night for 2 people. Additional adults: $100 each per week or $20 each per night. Children: $50 each per week or $10 each per night. Pets: $15 each per night. Rental weeks begin on Sunday or Friday (fall). 3 night minimum on weekends. We do not accept credit cards as payment but will ask for a card number to keep on file in lieu of a damage deposit.
