Welcome to the Aspen, a four bedroom and loft, three baths, luxury home right on otter lake. A scenic 3.5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC, these spectacular homes make an ideal family vacation. The Aspen can accomodate a maximum of 12 people, including children and is a family oriented environment with plenty to do for the entire family.
PLEASE NOTE:If you are looking for a place for a stag or stagette or similiar activity, then this place is not for you.

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are $500/night/$2500/week fom September to June. For July and August the rate is $3500/week and is rented on a weekly basis plus a housekeeping fee of $200 and HST. Cabins are rented during July and August on a weekly basis-friday to friday.

About the owner: We are a family of six from Surrey, BC. Otter Lake has been a place for our children to build memories with our friends. The time spent at Tulameen are times we treasure.
Why the Owner Chose Penticton:
This is the ONLY lake we know of within 3.5 hours of Vancouver that has all year round activities including powerboat sports and is located in a small community.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The historic kettle Valley Railway runs along the east shore of the lake which allows unsurpassed biking, walking and ATVing. The ties were removed a few years ago. Gold panning is also popular and Tulameen is very rich in history.
