Our "Seabluffe Retreat" is in a picturesque gated community on the bluffs overlooking Encinitas Beach in San Diego County. Old town Carlsbad with its many restaurants and shops is just North and beach towns of Leucadia and Cardiff by the Sea are South. Legoland is just East and the many attractions of San Diego are 30-40 minutes away.
We love walking on the beach, playing tennis and relaxing by the pool and jacuzzi. We play golf at many of the courses in the area.
Our smoke-free townhouse is a convenient one level with ceramic tile floors and a high ceiling giving a light and airy feeling.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a large dining/living room with a sliding door leading outside to a brick patio. A front brick patio with a Weber barbecue adjoins the kitchen.
The dining area has a round oak table that can expand with leaves, seven dining chairs and a buffet. The living room has a large entertainment center with a TV/DVD, a stero holding 5 CD's, rattan lounging chairs, a plush blue hideabed couch and two lazyboy rockers.
A glass topped coffee table, lamps, plants and a side table complete the furnishings. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk, dresser, night stand and carpet.
Our master bedroom has a beach cottage feel with a king size bed,DVD/TV cabinet with drawers,carpet and two closets that lead to the master bath with tile floor, new bath/shower glass enclosure and mirrors galore.
The front bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk and includes a small closet. The front bath has a bath/shower and the washer and dryer are located there.
We are three townhouses from the north pool and steps to the path leading to the beach stairs. We don't allow pets and there is no smoking allowed.

$200/Deposit to hold booking, returned when unit is checked after vacated.
