Our contact was wonderful and very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We rented bikes and found it a great location. We were only about a 5 minute ride to the beach (Atlantic side). We were pleasantly surprised by how large the home and the 3 bedrooms are. The property is very clean and well maintained (both inside and out). Definitely great for families and provides different sitting areas if some want to watch tv and others want to read or play games. There is a nice selection of books to choose from if you forgot one or decided you wanted to read something else. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. While the master shower is very small, there is a nice tub. The house has plenty of bath towels and while did a load while we were there, we could have probably made it through the week without having to wash bath towels. The cash/check deposit was a little high and it did take 2 weeks to get it back to me after we checked out. Suggestions for the owner to consider would be more comfortable deck furniture and a gas grill :). All in all, it was a great week and am very happy with our choice in renting this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
