This delightful, very private apartment retreat is located on the walk-out, lower level of a lakeview townhome on a quiet tree-lined circle in Hot Springs Village. It is just the place to relax and enjoy the wonders of nature that abound here! Park under the magnolia tree and walk down to this special place, where the sounds of the woods and water offer serenity and peace for your special vacation. The apartment features a sitting/eating area with soft, comfortable places for reading and relaxing, as well as a 39' LCD TV and media center with wireless internet. An efficiency kitchen adjoins the sitting area. There is a delightful covered deck and large screened porch, where you can enjoy views of the lake and forest year round. The spacious and well appointed king master opens off the hall and the screened porch.
The apartment's location is ideal for those wanting easy access to all Village amenities. Just take the short footbridge behind the townhome to access the Coronado Center Complex, where you will find a year round heated indoor pool, spa, fitness center, marina and tennis complex (with 13 courts and USTA certified teaching professionals). Behind the pool and fitness center you will also discover a delightful path to walk along the lake!
Because the apartment is located about mid-Village, you will be nearly equa-distant to both entry gates, while enjoying easy access to all eight of our wonderful golf courses and several great places to eat -- including one popular restaurant that is within walking distance.
The apartment is 'dog friendly', and we will warmly welcome your travel companion, providing he/she has good house manners. A small pet fee is required.

We were here for one week while house hunting in Hot Springs Village. The condo was well maintained and accurate as the pictures indicate. We found it more spacious than expected. The owner has gone above and beyond with special decorating touches. We felt so comfortable. We also enjoyed all the extras provided, dish soap, paper towels, bathroom was well stocked, bath towels were nice, etc. We found a fan to use for "white noise", extra blankets; he was thought of everything. We used the "book" to aid our restaurant selections and things to do. Love the location, very central in the "Village". Will recommend it to friends who might want to check out Hot Springs.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We came here for our 27th anniversary and were delighted that the apartment was secluded by the trees and at the end of a road near the lake so no thru traffic, the quietness was glorious. We spent all our time on the screened in porch, watching the trees sway in the breeze, listening to the birds, and the chipmonks, we even saw 35 canadian geese fly in. We ate all of our meals on the porch, took strolls around the property. This was an unexpected peaceful seclusion that allowed us to recharge and relax. When we go back we will stay here if available and would recommend to anyone wanting peace & quiet. BUt there is plenty to do nice drives to take, hiking nearby, and there were plenty of places to eat if you so desired. A new WalMart is close by for any items you may need. Not a full kitchen but adiquit for small meals.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I love to travel.... I was educated in Samoa and Japan and served in the Peace Corps. Later, I pursued a career in International Relations and spent several years working for the World Bank in Nepal and Bhutan. Later, I owned and managed two art galleries featuring indigneous art and textiles that I collected on my many travels. I am still travelling a lot, but now work from home doing financial management for medical practices.
Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs Village:
This townhome offers me a wonderful place to call home when I am settled in the Village and Woodland Cove apt. is a nice little guest retreat for my friends and family when they come to visit. When they are not using it, I rent it out to paying guests so they can enjoy this lovely spot!
