It is a 15 minute drive from the Bourne Bridge and 10 minute drive from downtown Falmouth. This is a well maintained, very spacious unit which easily sleeps 6 people. One bedroom is on the first floor with twin beds and there are two bedrooms upstairs. One has twin beds and the master suite has a queen bed and private bath and sitting area. Amenities include washer/dryer and dishwasher, cable TV and wi-fi internet service.

About the owner: We purchased this condo to enjoy our own little piece of Cape Cod after vacationing on the Cape for many years. This is a second home to us and we treat it that way. We use it as a wonderful get away to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer.
