This house has been in the family since 1965; recently remodled from top to bottom...we are really proud of this. It is right across the street from the Deschutes River and only a 15 minute walk to historic Downtown Bend. Comfort was our goal and it is ready to enjoy. Please call, you won't be sorry!
The cottage comes fully furnished with a cooks dream kitchen, breakfast bar, a bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV, WiFi, bikes and BBQ. It has a sofa sleeper in the living room. My husband and I had a fantastic weekend at the division st cottage. The cottage was well decorated with an excellent open layout. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a great island in the kitchen with barstools. You cannot beat the price for a place like this. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thanks for a great stay Wendy!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of August. We totally loved it and loved Bend. It was very comfortable and all of the upgrades were great. I hope to return to Bend again next year and stay here again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was recently remodeled and they did a beautiful job. They really paid attention to detail in their construction. All the immunities were really nice. Everything you needed was there.Two of us slept on the hide-a-bed couch which was new and comfortable.The king Size bed was cozy and also very comfortable. When I asked where we could rent a couple of bikes because I read there was only two at the house the owner (Wendy) said 2 more would be there when we arrived. All the bikes were great. We enjoyed our rides to town which was about a 10 min. ride. It was my first time to Bend. It was really fun,(cant wait to go back) and I am so happy we found such a nice place to stay....Thanks again Wendy for everything...Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This house has been totally refurbished from the studs out, everything is sparkling clean and new!! The house was the perfect spot for our small family + dog (fenced in yard too). There was plenty of storage for our bikes, paddle boards and stroller as well! Great central location for getting to all we wanted to do in Bend! We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers.

My Husband and I just spent nine days in this cottage. It was absolutely beautiful. The description on line was so accurate that we knew it was the house when we drove by it. We loved the open plan of the house. The location was just a short walk to grocery stores or town even shorter by bicycle which are included. We enjoyed the the privacy of the back patio and barbeque. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Bend. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They will recommend places to ride or visit. Next time we vacation in Bend, we will definitely look into staying at this place again.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are a local family of Bend. Lived her for over 40 years. Our kids were raised here, and we are really proud of this house. The remodel was completed in June of 2012 and it was constructed with comfort in mind. Cycling, Skiing, Kayaking and Hiking are our hobbies, that's why Bend is where we call home.
Why the Owner Chose Bend:
This is very conveniently located in Central Bend. Close to Downtown, Golf Courses, Shopping Malls, and only 35 minutes to Mt. Bachelor.
