Extremely clean and roomy open-concept one bedroom in Point Grey. Still has the feel of a brand new building and unit. Underground parking was very convenient and access to public transit is excellent. Howie was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great location.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

What a lovely condo. The owner's hospitality, the condo's cleanliness and proximity to the beach, groceries, dining, all sorts of shopping and the bus line if needed, the parking space in the secure basement, all contributed to a perfect stay. Nothing is missing from the kitchen for cooking and dining in. I will most definitely be back and would recommend this to family and friends without hesitation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The owner / landord was very hospitable. The unit / furnishings were fabulous and reasonably priced. No concerns about our very enjoyable experience. Great area / neighborhood close to UBC and right on busline.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Thank you for a lovely apartment to stay in!! We couldn't think of anything that you could improve on. The location was excellent to getting around with the transit and restaurants for dinning. You and your wife were so helpful with information and getting the apartment ready for us. All we can say is between 1 -- 10 you were awful close to 10!!! My husband and I enjoyed such an excellent stay in this exquisite condo, that I returned "solo", a couple of months later. As a frequent visitor to West Point Grey, I can say that the condo offers more room (including closet space!) than most rentals in the area, for a similar price. The office is a gem, complete with built-in desk and bookshelves. Everything is of fantastically high quality, and the condo itself presents as airy, bright and elegant. The location is superb, right in the heart of W. 10th Ave., with its delightful array of neighborhood restaurants and shops. The "cherry on top" was the owners' hospitality and attention to detail. The service, coupled with the condo, made us feel like royalty! We intend to return, at our earliest opportunity!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days. The condo is comfortable, clean, and in a very nice location. There are several shops restaurants, and a grocery store within a 2 block walk. Howie was great to rent from and very easy to work with - we would definitely rent from him again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.
