The house is two story with a dramatic ocean view that can be viewed from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony on the second floor. Open and airy, painted in soothing beachy colors with new carpeting and comfortable furnishings. La Vida Loca is named for its proximity to bustlng beach life, restaurants, groceries, deli, shopping and numerous activities, but it is a relaxing sanctuary within.
Coffee and tea bar are ready for your arrival, the hot tub will be set at 102, unless you specify a different temperature. All linens, including beach towels are included and the beds will be made. Dish network with premium channel, wireless internet, soap, shampoo and conditioner, wood for the fireplace, propane BBQ, many small appliances.... in short almost everything that you need to start relaxing and enjoy your vacation.
Rio del Mar beach has some of the warmest waters and safest swimming in Northern/Central California. Miles of white sand beaches with summer lifeguards, restrooms, showers and picnic facilities.
