Located under towering redwoods on the banks of Austin Creek, the Big Easy is a delightful study in the charm and elegance of the Victorian style blended with modern convenience and a touch of Jazz.
40 in HDTV, Blu-ray DVD, gas fireplace, high-end stereo. Formal dining room, granite counters. Master bedroom suite with 27 in HDTV, king bed, Jacuzzi tub; office with 24 in HDTV, DVD player, Wii. Patio dining, gas grill; hot tub. Creekside deck. Easy steps to creek; swimming hole. WIFI. Keyless Entry. Limited to two dogs, under 50 lbs each.
On the lower floor, the living room and formal dining room face the creek side of the house. The kitchen is off the dining room, with a laundry room/breakfast area beyond. Off the living room, there's a bedroom and a full hall bath. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a master suite with king bed, its own full bath and office/sitting room with sleeper. The yard is a half acre, fenced on three sides, open on the creek side. In the rear yard, there's a patio with outdoor dining and hot tub. There's also a creekside deck with seating and stairs to the creek. One of the best swimming holes on Austin Creek is right in front of this home!

Everybody in the family loved this place, from Fido to the 5-year-old to the teenager to grandma! The kitchen is super well equipped, every room is very comfortable, the decor -- from the framed posters to the plush towels -- is tasteful, and there is a wonderful collection of board games. We always stay in this area of austin Creek, which is very quiet yet accessible. But this is our favorite house by far!
