Location: The Las Vegas Luxury Villa is located just off of Las Vegas Boulevard in the heart of the 'South Strip' section of Las Vegas. Movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, world-class gaming, shows, and shopping, are all just around the corner.
Amenities: The Villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, an open living/dining floor plan all in over 2,000 square feet of luxurious comfort. Luxury linens include 400 thread count sheets and fluffy soft bath towels. The Villa is set up to accommodate 8 people comfortable (3 queen beds, 2 twin beds - so no one has to sleep on a pull out couch). The gourmet eat-in kitchen features a full range of appliances including a dishwasher. Full laundry facilities are also available. The living areas and 2 bedrooms feature cable television (50' plasma in one living area and flat screens in 2 of the bedrooms). The den and master suite also feature DVD players. The garden is quiet and professionally cared for. It also features covered barbecue and outdoor dining.

The property managers are so nice and the home is beautiful! I definitely recommend this home to anybody that stays in Vegas. The backyard is so nice and it's great that there is a bbq! The neighborhood is really quiet as well. The location is not far from the strip for tourists as well.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

As a Las Vegas native, I was not sure how renting a vacation home would turn out, especially in my home city but I was pleasing surprised. This by far is one of the best vacations we've experienced. Before our arrival the Milligan's made us feel very comfortable about our decision to rent their vacation home, and they did not hesitate to provided us with all the information about the property we requested before our arrival. They even offered to have my daughter go by and review the house, before we committed to the final payment. Upon our arrival, Aaron was really nice and friendly. He showed us around the house, and made himself assessable to us during our stay. The house was exactly has presented on the internet. The house was spacious, which allowed all of us to have our own space. We didn't really think we'll feel very comfortable in someone else's home, but we instantly felt at home and the house had everything we needed for our vacation. The set-up of the house was perfect and it had everything for entertaining our kids, grandkids and friends. I loved the patio area, which was lovely in the morning while enjoying a cuppa tea and in the evening enjoying the sunset. The house was located in a very good and central area of Las Vegas; close to a major casino, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping all within minutes of the property. The neighbourhood was very quiet, and the neighbours were very friendly and social. If I had to name one vault of the property, it would be the patio door blinds did not work properly or close. So during the day the light prevented us from seeing the TV properly, and at night left us feeling a bit exposed. However, this does not detract from the rest of the house and the good holiday we experienced at this house. This was our first experience renting a vacation home, and I can say for certain we won't be going back to staying in a hotel. We could not have imagined staying in a hotel for three weeks, I'm sure it would not have been as pleasurable. We loved this experience and anytime we return to Vegas for holiday's and to visit our family, we'll definitely be staying at the Milligan's if it's available. Absolutely everything we expected. Property very conveniently located just off LV Blvd at the south end of the strip. Very quick to the Venetian and others via I-15. House was roomy, clean and comfortable. To check in we just called the contact an hour before arrival and he met us at the house....explaining everything we needed to know. Neighborhood is clean and quiet....could not ask for more.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family loved celebrating the holidays in Las Vegas in this home while visiting local family. The house was set up very well for entertaining so when our local family came over for dinner there was plenty of room for the 4 kids under 6 to play and still room for the adults to visit and not be on top of each other. Property was just like in the pics - very well appointed, quality amenities and appliances, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautiful family home, easily accessible off the freeways, well located within a stones throw to a big casino/cinema/bowling alley and the main boulevard taking you to the strip, outlet mall, countless shops, banking, etc along the way, yet in a very quiet neighborhood and away from it all. The service was incredible - rang up that iron didnt work and within no time a new one was delivered along with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine!
