This 3-bedroom/1-bathroom, 2nd story flat, is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, living room, and spacious closets. Queen-beds in master & 2nd bedrooms, double sized futon in 3rd bedroom. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably but we've fit more...
Upon arrival, you can expect clean linens/towels and all of the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies that you might need to feel at home. The house has a quiet backyard and a front porch to relax outside on a nice Portland day. The house is also equipped with bikes, which can be available for guests interested in exploring the city by pedal power. NO smoking inside the property, and NO pets please (unless approved by the owner).
There is ample parking in-front of the house for guests with vehicles, a block away from the #4 bus-line (providing direct access to Downtown), and a few blocks from the Light-rail MAX line (Yellow). The property is in a prime location, and ideally situated in walking distance to both the Alberta Arts District and Mississippi Ave; where you can find a diversity of restaurants, food-carts, bars, live-music, and great local shopping.

My family really enjoyed staying at this lovely home and especially appreciated its proximity to everything we wanted to see. There was no need to drive to a great coffee shop, clothing stores, great restaurants, etc. We also felt just as comfortable staying in and relaxing on the nice big leather sofa, making a meal in the well-appointed kitchen or taking a nap on the super comfy beds. We hope to come back to Portland soon and would love to stay at this home again. Thanks so much!

About the owner: After growing up in the Irvington neighborhood of Portland and traveling abroad on solo, student group, and business ventures, I've found that no place feels quite like home the way Portland does. I find myself now living in the Piedmont neighborhood, a few short blocks from the rental, and working with GAP year students & programs to promote experiential learning outside the confines of the normal classroom walls.
