Beachside offers west facing beautiful ocean views and real sunsets, a true 'walkable' westcoast beach with logs/driftwood, night-time views of island lights, and a large forested property filled with birdsong and indigenous plants. Lounge on our private beach deck, have a barbecue, swim, kayak, stargaze, beachcomb or visit the rain forest - its up to you!
GRANDE VISTA is a 1100 sq ft upper level open concept suite with vaulted ceilings, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase sweeping ocean views, and a large wrap around ocean view deck with a barbecue, outdoor dining and lounging area. Take in the amazing views from your ultra-comfortable queen bed and listen to the waves. A separate bedroom offers twin beds. This suite is perfect for rest and relaxation.
OCEAN VISTA is a 900+ sq ft suite with magnificent ocean views, a private hot tub and an amazing steam shower. The living area features a cozy gas fireplace and a large wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living area. The outdoor deck offers a large covered area. This incredible waterfront suite is perfect for a couple.
ISLAND VISTA COTTAGE is a perfect 800+ sq. ft. open concept Coast cottage! The outdoor deck and large windows offer beautiful ocean views. Including a kitchen and outdoor barbecue, this suite contains everything you could expect to find in a vacation rental. Enjoy ocean views from the full-sized kitchen/living/dining room areas and from both the queen and double beds. This suite is a great choice for families with children.

The Sunshine Coast is not on Vancouver Island -- although you do catch a ferry from Horseshoe Bay. Ferry rates are 1/2 the price and it takes only 40 minutes to get to the Coast -- and you do not pay to take the ferry back to Vancouver!

Wow! Beachside has the best ocean views, both from our suite and the massive deck down at the beach. We enjoyed every second watching seals, cruise ships, tugs and the twinkling lights of Vancouver Island at night. Our suite was beautiful, so cozy and comfortable. Our hosts Linda and Ian made us feel right at home and gave us great tips for hikes right in the neighbhourhood. The best part was the short travel time to the Coast from Vancouver to this beautiful sanctuary. Definately a place to relax and recharge. Easy access to so many amenities - golf, groceries, diving, kayaking and more! So close to Vancouver, but yet so far away. You can extend your weekends by staying Sunday night -- catch the 06:20 a.m. ferry and be in downtown Vancouver easily by 8 a.m.
