Fortunately, there was no storm damage to this lovely cottage. It has been freshly renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Situated one house off the Great South Bay & only a 2 minute walk to town. It has 2 sweet air conditioned bedrooms furnished with queen beds & beautiful linens. Sunny & bright, H/W floors, freshly painted & all rooms have windows. The open kitchen has a new porcelain tile floor and is well equipped. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a new porcelain tile floor, a shower/tub & new sink/vanity with a stone top. The private wrap around deck has a gas BBQ & two separate areas perfect for dining out, whether under the stars or beneath big market umbrellas. There are comfy lounge chairs for sunning. An outside shower beckons, too. Modern conveniences such as Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV with premium channels & DVD Player are also provided. There is a Washer/Dryer, too. Just bring your toothbrush & bathing suit. Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella & Wagon are provided.
