Carillon has a beautiful little downtown community where you can enjoy dinner at one of several restaurants, have ice cream with the kids, or peruse the items at the fully stocked General Store.
Wonderful golf courses nearby and tennis courts right next to our home for tennis buffs.

My family and I just returned from a week at "Life is Good" at Carillon. This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. Property was spacious. All the amenities we needed. Being next door to the tennis courts and pool was great. Beach only short 3 minute walk away. Usually ready to leave in 4 days, but could have stayed here another week without a problem---time went by way to fast. Sad to see many shops in downtown Carillon had closed--Pier Park may have ran them out of business. Pier Park is "VERY" nice. Owners were great with all communications. We will look forward to renting again next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed at "Life is Good" on vacation last year...we took our daughter, son in law and two grandsons with us. Upon entrance to the condo.. I literally jumped up and down...I was so excited.. it was just beautiful....a breathe of fresh air... I have to say that we had a blast and the condo was very clean and well furnished. Everything we needed was there. We loved every minute of our stay...and though we are late with or review (didn't realize there was a site)..we are looking at booking again this summer. Carillon is an awesome little village...you hardly even have to leave except for groceries....wonderful place for families......safe and beautiful...the walk to the beach literally took about 2-3 minutes & it is fun to see all the different places.....we can't wait to go back....you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

JAN-third week in May ..... $2000/week $300/night (Spring Break weeks may be more) Starting last week in May-Mid August.....$2200/week. (minimum weekly rentals only) Mid August-end of September..... $1600/week, $260/night October-December.....$1200/week, $225/night (Thanksgiving/Christmas may be more) Email for exact rates, owner reserves the right to change rates.....
