This charming two story Cape-style home is one mile to Georgica beach, 1.5 to Main Beach. It's in E. Hampton village, south of the highway, walking distance to restaurants, exercise, entertainment & boutique shopping.
It has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) and three baths. The two rooms upstairs each have newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and the two bedrooms downstairs share a renovated bathroom with a tub. There's a queen sofa bed in the living room. The house has central air. It can comfortably sleep eight.
The living room has a 47'' LED TV w/cable, a Blue-ray DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace. The renovated kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge & freezer, a 48' Viking range, a Miele dishwasher and Dacor double ovens. It's fully equipped with a lobster pot, Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, etc. The grounds are landscaped with many flowers and plants. There's a heated in-ground swimming pool with an automatic safety cover, a hammock, a new Weber grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach bikes are provided. There's off street parking.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this house the first week of July. I first want to say that the owners of this home were wonderful to work with. The house is exactly as described with a heated swimming pool and beautifully groomed back yard - fully equipped with grill, fire pit, and four bikes. There's also a great patio area with lounge chairs that gets lots of sun during the day. It's also in a great location being only a short bike ride (or walk) to the beach and town.The house is very clean with all the amenities supplied. I would recommend this property to anyone and was very happy with our stay. We will definitely be renting again.Owner response: Evan: We're so happy you had a great time! My husband and I couldn't haven't been more pleased with this lovely house. The pictures do not do justice to this gem. Here's the scoop: 1) Stunning backyard -- equipped with pool, chairs, fire pit, grill, and plenty of lawn. We did a lot of relaxing and reading inside and outside and felt completely at ease. 2) Full amenities -- unlike some of the other houses I've rented, this one has it all: fully stocked appliances, utensils, bowls, cook ware, lots of towels, and full toiletries. There is a brand new washer/dryer as well. The owners took a lot of time and care to make this easy for us! 3) Area -- About a 15-20 walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. We drove to the beach most of the time so it wasn't a problem. The area itself is in the heart of E Hampton, so you're close to the restaurants, shops, and markets. There is something for both the trendy and relaxed type. Overall, the house isn't large, but the layout is ideal. We never felt cramped and enjoyed the breeze. In fact, we never had to turn on the AC. We also liked that there are 4 bikes provided so we could bike around the neighborhood. The owners were also extremely attentive and easy to work with. My one feedback? The kitchen knives could have been a little sharper. They were a tad bit dull. We would definitely stay here again!Owner response: Nancy: Thanks for posting about your experience!
