Very nice apartment in Venice heart, 2nd floor, well furnished and very well equipped, perfect for a family of 4.
The apartment has an entrance, a master bedroom with king bed, flat screen cable tv, dvd player, air conditioning, a living area with wifi, hifi system and a fully equipped kitchen corner, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, please note that the second bed is a pull-out one and it is placed under the red one shown in the pictures.
You can get breathtaking views on Venice rooftops, and very relaxing and pleasant moments from the condominium shared terrace.

Nous avons été très chanceux de nous faire suggérer cet appartement après que notre location initiale a été annulée. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier Veronica qui nous a proposé ce changement et qui a fait en sorte que notre séjour à Venise a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été reçu par Elisa qui a été très accueillante. Â noter qu'il y a 32 marches à monter. L'appartement est très fidèle aux photos, les pièces sont propres, grandes et bien disposées. Les chambres sont confortables et ont assez de rangement. La salle de bain est très petite, mais la douche est acceptable. La cuisine est bien équipée et la machine à laver est fonctionnelle. Cet appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel et tranquille où l'on vit avec les gens locaux. Par contre, il est aussi à 5 minutes d'une rue très commerciale, il y en a donc pour tous les goûts. Un arrêt de vaporetto est à 2 minutes et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent sur le même canal, dont un juste au coin de la rue, qui est excellent. Nous avons eu du plaisir à découvrir Venise en prenant les vaporetto dans tous les sens. Burano vaut le déplacement et le Lido est très chic et a un atmosphère différent. Évidemment, nous nous sommes 'perdus' mais ça fait partie du charme de Venise, toutes ces ruelles et tous ces ponts! Nous avons eu un séjour mémorable et nous recommandons l'appartement de Mario et Laura sans réserve.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This was an excellent find. Perfect apt to explore the entire island. Easy access to train station allowed us to make day trip to Padua. The Guglie area is a wonderful opportunity to experience local Italian living. Yet it is readily accessible to all the tourist sites that Venice has to offer. We highly recommend the Rialto fish market and even the local Guglie fish market offered us some wonderful freshly caught seafood. We loved having the option of either being creative and cooking our own dishes with new seafood we weren't used to or dining out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
