Penthouse 2007 is located at Seawind Condominiums…a 20-story luxury high-rise and one of the newest condominium buildings in Gulf Shores.

My wife and two other couples spent our Spring Break at the Seawinds. We had a penthouse rental and couldn't have been happier. Our unit, as well as the entire building, was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The location and facilities were well beyond our expectations. IF there was one thing I would say needed attention it was the outdoor grill area; a daily policing of garbage and ash would have been nice. I'm being a bit nitpicky but that would be the ONLY aspect of the building, facilities, or staff that I could give anything less than 5 stars.
