Stay in our updated 1 bedroom getaway, next to the Fashion Valley Mall that has everything you'd ever want. Upscale restaurants, like PF Chang's, and the Cheesecake Factory, and almost every other one you've heard of, awaits you. We are 1/2 a block from the mall, which is so close you can walk to it. Tucked in between the 5, 163, and 8 Fwys, we are minutes from everything San Diego. You can even walk to the trolley, it's a block away. The trolley will take you to anywhere you'd like to go. Visit the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, literally 4 miles from us. San Diego beaches are just a few miles away. Fiesta Island and Sea World are also just minutes from our condo! We just love our central location...........
Our lovely large 1 bedroom condo has been recently renovated and includes a granite and glass tile kitchen with stainless appliances. Travertine floors are in both the kitchen and bath along with the granite. Our inviting large living room has comfy leather sofas (loveseat and sofa) - comes in handy after a full day at the beach, the San Diego world famous Zoo, seeing a bound-for-Broadway show at the Old Globe or sightseeing at Balboa Park or the other many attractions in San Diego!
Our large bedroom has comfy bedding and a temperpedic King bed and a flat screen TV. We actually have a private patio right off our bedroom, which adds to the peaceful retreat.
We feel our condo has so much to offer, but sometimes we love just sitting on the couches after a long day looking out at our peaceful view of the greenspace from our floor to ceiling windows!

I am a law student that was looking for a long term vacation rental for the semester and am so happy that I came across Lisa's condo. To begin with, she is a very kind and considerate person and quickly responds to questions and requests. In addition, the condo is beautiful and has been kept up incredibly well. It is all remodeled, in tip top condition, and very clean. With the location being so ideal as well, this place could not have been better for my needs and future residents/visitors will certainly feel the same.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband John started working at La Jolla Playhouse in 2004 (he plays all woodwinds) for the start of the now famous 'Jersey Boys' before it opened on Broadway. He's been working there and at the Old Globe at Balboa Park and at the SD Civic Theater downtown ever since. We live in Orange County but decided that it would be better to have a place where he could stay when doing the long runs of shows. We love the San Diego area, and especially love the location in Mission Valley which is close to everything. My sister and I decided to buy our condo in April of 2012 and have offered it on VRBO for others to enjoy when we don't need to stay in San Diego. Enjoy! Lisa, Heather, John (owners)

Our location is extremely unique. Not the run of the mill place, our complex only has 30 units in it and we all have the same fantastic view of our common greenspace.
Our condo has been completely renovated with bamboo flooring in the main living room/dining, travertine in kitchen and bath, carpet in the bedroom.
We fell in love with the view, it's superb.
